Yamin Morales was hands down the best optician ever! She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my glasses. Her professionalism and warm personality made the entire experience outstanding.

I met with Laneice McCrady and she helped me to get me a new prescription at a cost that was affordable for me. She took time to check what all my insurance would offer to an in house special that worked out better for me. Thank you Laneice for going the extra mile!!

Dissapointing. Was told co-pay would be 40 something over phone to renew contact Rx, when I went in, they suddenly require 2 exams (for a 3 month expired contact lens Rx) for $340, My copay would be $100... no. They know what exams they require, so be honest about the price up front. One star for the helpful new hire at the front who was able to print my Rx for me. I will take my Rx and renew online for 1/10th of that cost. (Reply to LOOK: not going to chase your manager, this wasn't left for a discount or because I want something for free, this was left as a warning to other shoppers to avoid your place - customer service should be applied at the first visit, not after someone leaves a uncomfortable review)

Indea is helpful, kind, thorough, everything you need from an optometrist. She also helped a lot to save some money while getting a superior product. Dr Scott Theodore too was kind and helpful. End result huge improvement over prior vision center and at a very reasonable price.

Excited to get new glasses yesterday! They have such a huge variety to choose from. The optometrist was impressively knowledgeable!! Me and my family now have a new eye clinic. I found a diamond in the rough indeed...

This was my first eye appointment and Dr. Glickman took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my vision and made sure that I was confident in knowing what was going on. Laneice helped me pick out my glasses and plan and explained in great detail how my progressive prescription and glasses worked. She was so warm and ensuring. They really have a jewel in her. She's knowledgeable and has wonderful customer service skills.

They were so RUDE and impatient that i was struggling to put my contacts in. they gave me no guidance whatsoever on putting them on. just kept saying "You gotta push it in girl" that isn't helpful. i had to go to bathroom and watch a video on how to do it and they still charged me for a "contact class" they also have very limited glasses in different sizes and were not very helpful with me trying to find my correct size. i cannot deal with the staff talking about how i'm taking forever to her coworkers they just were rude. I definitely let them know how they could improve and the lady got mad and offended. Welp. you made me mad and offended when you rushed me to learn so deal with it. also bad breath. please brush your teeth before coming to work and having to be that close to people. EDIT: Doctor Tran was amazing. it was the front desk that made the experience TERRIBLE. After I left I realized they didn't fax over my prescription so I called, And the lady answered the phone with the attitude. It's literally not my fault they pay them minimum wage, don't take it out on us. clock that.

Dr Hao Tran has a soft approach yet informative style. She's very knowledgeable, personable and empathetic. The staff was very down to earth, professional, and easygoing. I highly recommend them!
