Dr Thu is wonderful. This is the first time in my life I've had a prescription that feels like it's helping. I've had so much trouble trying to adjust to glasses in my 40s. The time and attention she gives and her knowledge and dedication really shine through. I'm grateful and happy. Thank you to the gracious team as well.

We have a very large family and at one time all seven of us wore glasses. Subsequently over the years we have been to several different locations to take care of our eye care needs. One place stood out above all the rest. The first indication was the way Sunhee treated the children as we were checking out and we had to take the time to get the glasses fitted. It was with great patience, gentleness, and care. It felt different than any other place we had been. When we returned for the next visit, we were paying closer attention to the environment of the office. We took notice that the caring attitude permeated the entire office. The way Tricia greeted us when we arrived let us know that we were welcome. When Shanna took each person back into the exam rooms we felt at ease and comfortable. When Dr Lynn Durfee performed each eye exam, he took the time to explain our eye conditions in a language that we could understand. And when we returned to Sunhee to finalize everything, the same compassionate attitude was still present. The whole visit was an awesome experience. I highly recommend this Look Optical to anyone!! I have been going to this location for easily 10 years. And I've never had a bad experience. Special shout out to Sunny!! Who has been my technician many times and is nothing but amazing. Very helpful in choosing styles that fit and supportive through the decision process, which sometimes can take time. She is fun to laugh with and I always appreciate the stellar service. Thank you and highly recommend!

This location has been one of my favorite places to get my eye exams done. I've worn glasses since third grade and if it wasn't for the Lasik eye treatment I got a year and a half ago, I would still be going here. The staff is friendly and the doctors here are fantastic! They really take their time with the eye exams and are very thorough with explaining everything.

I had the best experience here and they have gained a new customer! My husbands nose piece on his glasses (which were not purchased at Look) broke and I was driving around trying to find some place that could repair them. Look on 44th was the third place I went to. I was greeted with a friendly smile and a "Yes of course we will be happy to help you!" Not only did the wonderful young lady who assisted me replace the nose piece but also replaced the other nose piece so they would match, she also tightend up the ear pieces. The cherry on top is they DID NOT CHARGE ME A PENNY!!! That is customer service that I didn't know existed anymore. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!

I recently visited Look Optical and had an outstanding experience thanks to one of their employees Sunny. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain my options and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made the visit enjoyable and stress-free. I went in the other day to get my glasses adjusted and my daughter's straightened out and couldn't be more pleased with how welcoming Sunny was. Just got us in and out quick and was very personable. I usually dread going to eye places because they take forever, so this was a nice change of pace for me. I'll definitely be coming back here.
