I've been going here for years and I love it so much. Dr. Phi is so smart and kind. There's a great selection of frames and Conor is the best around when it comes to choosing your glasses; after buying a pair I didn't love, Conor helped me exchange them and find something that worked better for me. Grateful for y'all!

Had my first eye appointment with this provider yesterday and everyone on staff was absolutely wonderful! The doctor said as super kind as he walked me through issues I have been having with unexpected loss of vision, as well as pain with wearing contacts for more than a handful of hours. Left with a week's worth of new contacts to try out & see if they can be worn without pain. I also forgot the case for my glasses & the woman assisting me at checkout not only provided me with a case, she gave me one that was made by the same brand as my glasses. Will happily return for future eye appointments!

Staff is very professional, timely communicative and friendly. Kenneth (Doctor) and Patrick (front desk) specifically, but everyone was so helpful and kind. They were transparent with cost, thorough with my exam, and I had to bring both my kiddos at most appointments and they were so flexible and kind to them, too! Highly recommend this location!!

Highly recommend Dr Phi. He was able to articulate my issues and address any questions I had. Staff was kind and prompt. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my eye exam!

I have a sty in my right eyelid, so I saw Dr. Phi at My Eye Doctor. All of the staff were kind, knowledgeable, and personable. Service was superb. I really liked Dr. Phi, and he was quite helpful.

often too many times, we tend to complain, but never complement. However, this is one time, I cannot say enough fabulous words to explain how great everyone is at this location (Dr. Leuenberger, Dr. Phi, Madison, all the girls there and of course, Eric and Patrick). You feel like family is the way they take care of the patients. And what's rare today is CUSTOMER CARE. They've got it and show it. You guys are the best. Other optometrist stores should learn from you.
