Stephanie was the most patient and positive therapist. I was nervous getting treatment for my concussion and was beyond comforted and supported by the team at NVTI. I highly recommend anyone with vision questions or problems seek help with this company. Rescheduling appointments was guilt free and connecting with my therapist was incredible easy. So glad I had this resource for my injury!

Had an accident about 3 years ago was under a lot of distress and I couldnt find any right answers until I found this place. Recommended to me. Everyone here was understanding of my situation and determined to get me back on my toesies. Did about a years worth of medical treatment with Nicole and she has been amazing every step of the way. Probably one of the best people I have had the pleasure of being with on this Rollercoaster. But every step of the way she helped me through. I have recovered tremendously and through her efforts In a whole year of working with me. I have recovered tremendously that it actually brings me to tears thinking about. Even without my accident I would recommend this place for vision therapy. There is plenty of things they can help you with.

My Neurologist referred me to Neuro-Vision, and I have enjoyed everyone in the practice. They are very knowledgeable and have modern tools and expertise. The vision therapists are all very personable and have done a good job of explaining things in a way that helped me understand how to do the exercises to correct my vision.

In 2024, I was in a terrible multi-vehicle accident. I had numerous doctors and in truth by the time I was starting at this place I was so mentally drained. I also had little hope for real improvements. After months and months of treatment, I have shown and felt real progress. The team has always been so welcoming from the moment I walked in the front desk was kind and always attentive, to queen Jordanne who did my intake and listened to me, she heard me. She saw me. Then I received weekly treatment from Taylor, who not only was very encouraging but who also uplifted me and reminded me slow progress IS real progress. The team believed in my capabilities and knew with time and consistency I could improve and alleviate some symptoms. I can not recommend this place enough. I had a long journey, but it never felt like a typical doctors appointment, but rather- a friendly visit reaching for the same end goal- improvement. Thank you all for the kindness and laughs along a journey that has been beyond exhausting <3

NVTI helped me reduce some of my double vision for which I am grateful. Krishelle Todd was my Vision Therapist and she is great! She makes you feel relaxed and ready to improve. She has a kind tone and keeps the sessions moving along. I plan to make an appointment with Krishelle in the future to make sure I am still seeing as well as I was when I last saw her. Six years ago I suffered a severe brain trauma, and since then have had difficulty reading and using a computer. While my acuity is good, my ability to focus both eyes well enough to read was a serious problem. Through accurate and intense diagnosis, followed by consistent and thoughtful therapy over the past 8 months, NVIT has returned to me the ability to read. This has made a significant improvement in my daily life. The doctors and therapists at NVTI were extremely knowledgeable, very supportive, and sensitive to my questions and individual needs. NVTI fills a critical gap in our ability to diagnose and treat convergence insufficiency, reading disorders and related neurovisual maladies. The NVTI staff are simply the experts and I highly recommend them for both children and adults.

Like others have noted, I suffered a brain injury with some distressing results. It took a while to find NVTI, and I'm so glad I did. Everyone is welcoming and supportive, and I have improved immensely with their support. Greta experience!

We were recommended to Neurovision Institute by the head of our daughter's school after raising some concerns, and we are so grateful for that referral. It was truly fascinating to learn how much of our daily life is connected to vision beyond just having "20/20 eyesight." After just 10 sessions, the changes in our daughter were remarkable. She told her therapist that the letters on a page no longer looked "fuzzy" to her--even though her eye exams had always shown perfect vision. Her coordination in sports noticeably improved, and math homework, which used to take hours at home, started getting finished at school! Nicole was absolutely incredible throughout the process. She made every session fun and engaging, so much so that our daughter never once complained about doing her "vision homework." Nicole also took the time to help my husband and me understand what our daughter was experiencing and how we could best support her at home. We couldn't be happier with the experience and the progress our daughter has made. Nicole and the team at Neurovision Institute truly made a difference in her confidence, learning, and everyday life.
