Optical Masters

Very pleased with this location! My mother and I have been coming here for our annual eye exams for a few years now and have always had a great experience. I really appreciate that they accept both appointments and walk-ins. Recently, my mother came in as a walk-in with a swollen eye, and they were able to see her right away and start treatment. The staff was kind, professional, and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Robin was AMAZING She showed me step by step how to distinguish a fake drake to a real one. She was the upmost knowledgeable person and gave it in the friendliest manner. I didn't plan on buying a pair of glasses but I walked out with the best pair imaginable. Highly recommend to anyone with high end needs they will be met without a doubt

I've been coming to optical masters for over 5 years and it's the best thing I have ever done! The gentleman Leo is VERY VERY helpful! I went in today, and they always meet my expectations and even go out of their way to make it better for you! If you're ever looking for a new eye place that will definitely take care of you definitely give optical master a chance I HIGLY RECOMMEND THEM best customer service and you will get your glasses the next day they just know how to keep us coming! I had an amazing experience with Leo at Optical Masters! From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcomed and comfortable. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to really understand what I was looking for not just in style, but also comfort and vision needs. Leo explained my options clearly, helped me find frames that actually fit my face perfectly, and made sure my lenses were exactly right. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and isn't just trying to make a sale. The level of attention and customer service he provides is rare these days. Myself and my children had come here for several years now. They have a friendly staff, but they do not always take the clients concerns seriously. I just went through a 4 week nightmare to finally get the correct prescription at the other location.... I'm 4 weeks behind in college now since I couldn't read the screen, And I haven't been able to drive at night at all for 4 weeks which cost me quite a bit of money since I drive for work!! They didn't listen to me when I told them the script was incorrect. The manager just told me to wear the glasses for 2 weeks so my eyes could adjust.... That actually damaged my vision! Come to find out, After seeing the doc at the other location, my concerns were spot on! This doctor wrote it to where my lenses were switched to the wrong eyes PLUS my astigmatism was removed!!! I'm glad I know my body well enough to know the script was incorrect before it damaged my eyes even worse..... The new male eye doctor at this location was obviously too distracted with talking himself up and saying how great he is, to even realize he messed up my glasses so badly.... We'll be going to the other location from now on and PLEASE BE CAREFUL if you go here.

I had an amazing experience with Optical Masters ordering my prescription Ray Ban Meta glasses. From start to finish, the service was incredibly helpful, smooth, and stress free. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was perfect with my prescription. My glasses were made exactly as ordered and shipped directly to my home, fast and beautifully packaged. The quality is outstanding, and I couldn't be happier with how easy they made the entire process.

Wow! I needed a quick pair of single vision glasses. I randomly went to Optical Masters and they have a in house lab. My new glasses were done In 2 days! I had such a good experience that when both my husband and I needed new regular & sun glasses I said we have to go here and have Leo help us. We ended up purchasing 4 pairs of new frames + the lenses. Leo helped with recommendations and he made our decisions so easy. We definitely appreciate his professionalism and help with styles. Our order took a little over a week because I had to order a pair of frames they didn't have the color I wanted in stock. 5 BEST optical store in the Denver area!

Months ago I would have given this place a solid 4 stars but recently we had a huge hiccup which was not on us. Our family fosters kiddos and we use this place because they are quick and have a decent selection of glasses that accept the states insurance. 3 months ago we got a new prescription filled for one of our kiddos, 6 yrs old. Well on his 3 month follow up at his eye Dr we found out Optical Masters misread the prescription and filled it inaccurately. Due to the kiddos age and delays, he didn't know to tell us he couldn't see out of these new lenses. It took the ophthalmologist to figure it out. Naturally the Dr wrote the same prescription and noted REMAKE due to lab error and informed us that Optical should remake these FREE because it was an error on them. We picked the glasses up and found out that they had billed his insurance again which prevented us from getting another back up pair. We shouldn't be held accountable due to their error in math. I will now go elsewhere and just pay for his glasses. You'd think this would be an open and shut thing, basic customer service but obviously not.
