Loved my experience at QuickSpex and with the wonderful and kind staff. Individual that assisted me was helpful and informative. Optometrist was thorough and efficient. They also have a large selection of designer and cute affordable frames. They got me in and out with an updated contact prescription and new glasses in less than an hour. Will be returning for future eye needs!

I would've given this place 10 stars on day one. Staff was wonderful. Unfortunately I spent money on glasses that will never ever ever EVER be worn and can't be worn and are absolutely worthless to me!! I lost count how many times I left work early to make the 45+ minute drive to try to get glasses that worked. I eventually went back to my original eye shop and found out my lenses were the wrong prescription....The whole experience was expensive and exhausting. Good Luck and Hope Your Experience is Better Than Mine!!

I'm confused on how these optical places operate. The diagnostic was thorough. Only waited 10 minutes to see the doctor. She was knowledgeable for sure. But you can definitely tell she works way too hard. There were several staff sitting as I just wondered around. No one really offered to help me until the end. I just think the system could be streamlined a bit better. It's like they wouldn't talk to me until I was done with my exam. It was an awkward wait. The place is clean. All the pieces are there to make for a great experience. A little more patient interaction would have been nice. I would have bought more if the service was a little better. Sorry guys. You're all very polite, but don't be afraid to talk to people a bit more.

Front staff was wonderful, pink haired person was lovely. Optometrist however upon finding out I wasn't buying glasses that day was actually quite rude and unprofessional, very clearly bothered and upset by me not buying glasses, even asked me "So what online retailer are you using instead of us?" I don't have insurance for new glasses at the moment and wasn't shopping for them, I was just updating my prescription cause I wanted to buy VR lenses for my VR headset (which optical facilities like this do not make or sell) Overall fine place, vibes just went real south when it was clear I was an annoyance for not spending more money there.

This place is incredible! I visited last week with my two children (5, and 7yo). We lost our vision insurance and were overdue for our annual exams. The staff was incredibly warm and friendly, the doctor was extremely knowledgeable, and I was able to get my glasses the very same day. They have a huge selection of eyeglasses. 10/10 highly recommend.

The staff was nice enough, but the doctor didn't really tell me anything. I was only in the room with her for a matter of minutes. When I got my new glasses, they were literally painful to put on and took a long time to adjust to. This has been a couple of months at least maybe more but ever since I got these new glasses with such a drastic prescription change I've had horrible head, pains, horrible eye, pains, pressure in one of my eyes, even though she said, my eyes look healthy. I think they messed up my prescription. Going to pay for a second opinion soon when I can afford to. I wish I had talked to somebody else sooner about what I am experiencing. It never dawned on me that it could be the drastic prescription change. It's the only thing that has changed in my lifestyle that could cause these pains.

Excellent staff, very timely, very attentive. Kind and proficient in their work, im so happy i found them overall best experience I've had, concerning eye health/care . Thank you all. Also to add, I highly recommend them, even the Optometrist herself is well tempered and fun to talk too.

Fastest eye exam ever! Dr Siringo was efficient, and Jimena was the assistant supervisor nice and super helpful Highly recommended same day exam and glasses. Glasses were done on the spot in under an hour!! 50% SALE ON NAMEBRAND FRAMES!
