I have never had lenses be so clear, light weight. This group is the absolute best. I broke my frame and wish I lived in Colorado to go there for their expertise in fit, however I am going to purchase frames in my home state, and would not consider purchasing lenses anywhere else, They truly are a top of the line service for lenses/progressives. I do not get the rating of 4.8 stars . I can assure you mine have been a 5 star. The service staff is absolutely the best and the quality of lenses are unbeatable. The lenses are very hardy against any scratches and I have used them for two years with great clarity

I had frames which I really liked. I got them at Warby Parker, but long ago. Nobody would put new lenses in these frames, not Warby, not Costco -- nobody. For ReplaceALens, no problem. And they did a fantastic job. The turnaround time was super-fast, too.
Through no fault of ReplaceALens when I received my glasses, my eyes just couldn't adjust to the new prescription with the old lense settings. ReplaceALens crafted the new lenses according to the specifications from my old lenses because that is the norm. I called them, and they immediately, and without hassle, agreed to resolve the issue. They could have charged me for this because it was not their fault, but they did not. I highly recommend ReplaceALens, and I would definitely use them again.

I mailed in a pair of my favorite glasses to have the progressive lenses replaced. I had read good reviews, but tempered my expectations. When I received them, the lenses were perfect. I've not taken them off since they arrived. The progress was relatively easy and took about 3 weeks for beginning to end. I'm now sending a pair of non prescription sunglasses for lense replacement and I'm excited to have them functional again. I recommend this company 100%.

Alex, the manager, has been particularly impressive, in his attention to getting us a correct set of lenses. The most recent experience for me was in getting a new set of progressives. Alex checked out the lenses sent by the lab, and rejected them for being incorrect. Making this extra effort resulted in what is possibly the best set of lenses i've ever experienced.
