True Eye Care

This is the best experience I've ever had at an eye doctor. Every single staff member was so amazing and so friendly. Dr. Lohmeyer explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions with patience. He was fantastic! I was able to pick out frames quicker than I ever have due to a staff members help (was it Dominick?). He picked out great options that fit me. I highly recommend this place!

I have been a patient at True Eye Care for a few years and have always been impressed with the level of care they provide and the super cute frame selection they have. Shoutout to Norma, in particular, who has always been a helpful guide in picking my frames. I recently had an experience that has now finally moved me to write a long overdue 5 star review. I went to urgent care for an acute eye issue and was told I needed to see an eye doctor immediately. I called Dr. Lohmeyer's office late on a Friday afternoon (just minutes before they were scheduled to close!) completely panicked. Dr. Lohmeyer told me to come in right away. He quickly assessed the situation, put a clear medical plan in place, prescribed the necessary medication, and then went above and beyond by following up with me that weekend, outside of normal office hours, to check on my progress. Over the next few weeks, I had frequent appointments, and Dr. Lohmeyer was relentless in making sure we found the right care plan. When additional specialists were needed, he was incredibly helpful in coordinating further care. This experience was genuinely scary, but Dr. Lohmeyer and his entire team provided an exceptional level of care throughout. They made me feel safe and truly cared for as a patient. Dr. Lohmeyer represents the very best of the medical profession. I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough.

I had an outstanding experience at my eye doctor appointment today, and I couldn't be more relieved. From the moment I walked in, the office felt welcoming, organized, and professional. The entire staff is truly incredible--kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire visit. Dr. Lu was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me so much peace of mind. It's such a great feeling to leave an appointment feeling reassured and confident about your care. I'm so grateful for the amazing team here and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional eye care!

I took my teenage son to this eye clinic and we had a really great experience. Everything was quick and easy, and the staff was kind and helpful. They had a good variety of glasses, and my son actually found several he liked. What I appreciated most was that we never felt rushed or pressured to choose anything. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant visit. Highly recommend.

Great service and got seen for my appointment on time. Everyone was very friendly. The doctor was thorough and they were very helpful with picking out some new glasses. Very happy they were seeing patients on Saturday! Highly recommend

After five tries, I finally found the perfect eye care. So clean! Friendly from the moment you walked in, super knowledgeable staff from the doctor to the cool guy who helped me with the glasses. At easy parking with no street parking hassle. So happy to have found a permanent eye care.

True Eye Care is amazing. They are very thorough and caring in the examinations. They were very good at helping me find frames right for me and helping me navigate what my insurance offers. Special shout out to Dominic! That's my guy.
