They provide a thorough and comprehensive exam. Staff very professional. Dr. Wise not only spends the time to answer questions and address any concerns, but you really feel confident in the prescription giving me the clearest possible vision. Highly recommend!

My overall experience wasn't that great, I don't even know if you could say it's good. The doctor that was treating me seemed to be disinterested in my issue. And thanks to that I'm in worse shape today than I was a year ago when I was diagnosed with MG. I Believe I was referred due to a growth behind my left eye, which was never addressed until my most recent visit. Most everyone else I dealt with was great. I've managed to get through most of my life without medical issues, so it's quite a surprise to see how disjointed the medical industry is. As a retired general contractor all I can say is had I ran my business the same way, I wouldn't have lasted very long. I know several people that have had very good results so I'm not trying to discourage anyone, I was asked to leave a review and that is what I'm doing based on my own personal experience. Hopefully with this new doctor I will get the results I've been looking for.

The Eye Care staff at the 14th and Wazee location, are tremendous! From admissions, to the intake specialist, to the doctor, the experience was pleasant from start to finish. My Mother is disabled, and this facility was able to accommodate as best as possible, and made a true effort to cater to her needs. We were successful in getting a diagnosis on her vision, as well as establish follow ups to maintain and stabilize her opthamalic needs. Extremely thankful for their care and compassion!

Forever grateful for this location. I visited on 20210226 from the initial receptionist to the doctor the deligency put into their work is great. I've had a steady downward performance of my left eye and expressed my concerns about it. They took the time to do the proper test to diagnose it which was always blown off with prior docs. Able to get a full understanding of what the problem was and able to take steps to help it. I was sent over as a VA patient, it was great to know a doc worked inside the VA prior to this facility. Able to get that personalized care compared to the usual eye exam in and out appointment. Thank you for the great experience, I hope the VA continues to send me here for care.

Dr Wise was very thorough in his examination of my eyes and checking my cataracts to evaluate if they need to be removed. Thankfully I don't have to do that yet. He gave me advice on the conditions in Colorado causing dry eyes and allergy symptoms. He made appropriate suggestions for use of eye drops for dryness and allergic situations, along with fish oil and or flaxseed oil. I was very impressed with the office and staff. I would highly recommend this office and staff to my family and friends!

I had laser surgery to correct my vision with this practice, and I still have terrible starbursts, hard time seeing at night, and floaters in my vision. I decided to call back and try to get an appointment scheduled to see if everything was okay. They said it's been two years, and I need to go pay to have my eyes checked through my HMO (Kaiser Permanente). I said, "It's not their problem, it's from your services that I paid for out-of-pocket." They had told me originally to come back if the problems didn't get better after another year (this was at the 6 months point). Now, they say that anything after 6 months is not their problem. She was VERY rude over the phone, and I'm extremely dissatisfied with their lack of care after I paid $5,000 for what was supposedly the "leading cornea experts in the region."
