Dr. Hansen and all of the staff here are great and personable! Dr. Hansen took the time to explain my images with me and she was very thorough with my assessment. I would definitely recommend this clinic. The ladies at the front were so sweet!

Dr. was great and the ladies helping with the glasses as well. Lady that takes the calls keeps rushing to get me off the phone. I received a call to call back and make an appointment to try on my contacts when I called she said I don't need an appointment just show up. I left work early 45 min drive and when I showed up she said no, you need an appointment. Then I said fine give me an appointment she proceeded to tell me okay 4pm on a Monday I asked her are you sure, yes. Then I start getting texts that my appointment is 20 min later than the set time. I call and again she's rude and keeps interrupting and wants to get my off the phone.
With that kind of customer service would not recommend, I won't be back .

I picked this place because it had good reviews. The front of house staff was super friendly and all kind to me. The Dr. was overall nice but seemed super rushed. It was a bam bam bam situation. Like Lets get this one in and out. I tried explaining some issues I was having. He told me that it didn't make sense and just moved on. He just said here's your proscription go get your glasses. ( that's how it felt) After dilating my eyes and then me trying to explain again my issues he pushed back at first and then noticed what I was saying. He changed the proscription but gave me no real answer or cared to look further into my issue. I did not feel seen or heard at this location. I was just a number to check off for the day.
