The overall emotional culture of the staff is AWESOME! Everyone was so happy, nice, and professional. I haven't made this statement about a business in years. The staff was truly happy to have me there and did everything they could to take care of me.

I got to this business at 5:30 pm to get help with my glasses, and they were completely closed. No one was even in the building. There is a sign that states "Walk-ins welcome." Unfortunately, they were not open until 6:30 pm as posted online and as posted on their door. I recommend calling beforehand, so this doesn't happen to you, wasting time driving there. Hopefully, there was a good reason for closing early.

Tried to call ahead twice to figure out if my insurance would be accepted. Was given voicemail twice during operating hours. Tried to walk in and the only person in the building was aiding two other customers. They were elderly and needed more help, but there was clear time to engage with other customers. I was ignored for 40 minutes and so I chose to leave. I wouldn't recommend the customer service, it is impressive to show up in person and be ivnored for longer than half an hour.

I've been wearing the same brand of contacts for years with no issues, but this latest box was clearly a bad batch. The lenses were extremely irritating it constantly felt like something was in my eye, even after switching them and trying new pairs from the same box. I called Visionworks twice and followed their advice to clean the lenses, which did nothing. When I called again, I was told to come in and assured the visit would be free (I asked on the phone call). After waiting around 15 minutes at my appointment, I was suddenly told I'd need to pay $139 for another eye exam because I was outside the 90-day window of my previous exam. I left with no help, no replacement lenses, and no resolution, just wasted time and frustration. This experience was really disappointing. A simple trial pair or acknowledgment that the batch could be defective would've gone a long way. My contacts are expensive enough and I would appreciate to get help without spending $300 in one visit.

No pressure, just information and guidance about the health and progress of my vision. Put my interests ahead of the upsell that most eye care companies rely on. Dr. Sam was thorough in both the eye exam and the explanation of what I was experiencing vision wise. Felt like I was in a discovery channel documentary...perfect from start to finish. Came in for my exam, paper work was ready, flawless pre-exam. Was blown away by the tech-upgrades(especially the try your lenses in office to see how the prescription performs before buying).
