Walmart Vision & Glasses

I give Bibas and JD a score of 10,000. They are the greatest. I could go 5 minutes away from home and use my insurance and get glasses for about $200.00. I would much rather drive 20 minutes and pay more just to go to Bibas and JD. They show me the respect that you want. They are not high pressure and they are the only people that will adjust my glasses exactly the way I like them. My 86 year old mother also goes to Bibas and JD for the same reasons. We have done business with Bibas and JD for years and have no intention of going to anyone else. For me it is worth every cent of my money going to Bibas and JD.

The doctor was great. I've been to see him several times over the years. The retail part of the store is another matter. I came to pick up my glasses and I wasn't even acknowledged for about 10 minutes or so. The person that finally got off the phone to "help" me was borderline rude. He didn't even check anything, just handed me my dirty glasses and said they looked okay to him. In the future I'll take my prescription elsewhere.

If I could give this store 10 stars I would!!! I found Bibas and JD very helpful, they really helped me with my insurance and was able to find the best glasses for us. They are very helpful and nice. I tried giving them a tip but they refused and said they only want to help us! Very grateful.

Bibas and his vision specialist is really good. They were really helpful and really patient with us. They did everything they can to provide us with the best experience. I'm incredibly grateful for them. I would 1000000% recommend them!

My husband and I had the best vision center experience at this location. The staff here is amazing! From Dustin making it really easy to set up an appointment. And then upon arrival Eric was very prompt and knowledgeable through out our optical exam, and finding the best contacts for our eyes. To Bibas who was very friendly in assisting us with the check out process, my husband in picking out his lenses and purchasing each of our contacts as well. We look forward to coming back for our next eye exam. Thank you guys!

I can hardly say enough good things about the people at this particular location. Starting with Doc Eric Ross, I have really enjoyed having him available and he has perfected my prescription, as well as helping my wife get her first contact lenses at age 58. He has been very kind. I could say more but I want to comment on the Vision Center which is separate from the Doctor... Yasmin helped us both one evening, and it took a long time and a lot of patience on her part to measure and fit two people when one was a new progressive lense patient. She was great. I picked up my glasses a week later, and after a few days noticed a defect in one of the high-end Nikon lenses. Yasmin reordered the lenses without hesitation. I'll skip over the next couple of problems and reorders, because the important thing is that they never got frustrated with me personally, and were super committed to getting it right, because nobody cared about anything except making me happy. Thanks to Yasmin, and JD, and especially Bibas the manager, I have a perfect pair of new glasses now. I would refer anybody to these people without hesitatation and each of them is a valuable asset to the Walmart vision center program.

I went to Walmart to get my eye exam. After I arrived the eye doctor couldn't find my insurance. Turns out that the VSP plan I have cannot be used at Walmart. Since the appointment was late (5:30p), I went ahead with it and paid out of pocket. Good news is that it was the best appointment ever. Dr. Eric Ross is fantastic!! He has a wonderful chair side manner. Extremely knowledgeable, very customer focused, kind and patient. It was a great experience-- well worth the money and time spent. I highly recommend him!! This location is understaffed at times but they still get the job done proptly with a smile! Every question I had was answered honestly and fully. I felt treated fairly where as some eye centers try and give you the run around these days with online sales taking over. Even knowing I was looking to buy the same replacement lenses online for a certain price still was patient with me and helped me find something affordable and similar I can enjoy! I do my best to not shop only online but customer service is what keeps a customer and Dustin made sure to keep me shopping here!
