Warby Parker at the Cherry Creek Mall is hands down one of the best retail experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was calm, welcoming, and genuinely customer-focused. No pressure, no hovering, just knowledgeable people who actually care about helping you find exactly what you need. The store itself is clean, well laid out, and easy to navigate. Frames are organized in a way that makes browsing enjoyable instead of overwhelming, and there's a great mix of classic styles and modern options. Whether you know exactly what you want or you're still figuring it out, this location makes the process smooth and stress-free. Seth deserves special recognition. He was absolutely outstanding. Professional, patient, personable, and extremely knowledgeable without being pushy. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, offered thoughtful suggestions, and explained everything clearly without talking down or rushing the process. You can tell immediately that Seth takes pride in his work and truly wants customers to leave happy and confident in their choice. What stood out most was how comfortable the entire experience felt. Love this location! I've been going here for years now and the staff is always so friendly and nice. Very personable! Love the glasses here. On a daily basis, I receive compliments on my frames. I always refer people to this company for glasses. I primarily wear glasses and at times the price point for a frame that you really like can be a little steep especially once the add on are included. I appreciate this company for their reasonable prices. I look forward to switching up my glasses on a yearly basis and it has become a stress relief to not have to worry about the price and leaving with something you really love! Thank you!

We have never seen a store More organized. There were at least 9 clerks ready to help soon as we walked in the door. Loved how they offer up one pair after another that might be perfect to what you want.

Warby Parker does such a beautiful job in providing assistance to getting a great pair of glasses and to ensure you are happy with your purchases. I receive compliments every time I wear Warby Parker frames. Just bought two more!!

The staff went WAY ABOVE and beyond. I had my 3 year old with me, they were so kind and were amazing with her so I could pick out glasses. I have never had a shopping experience like this. It was way more than their job required and so so appreciated!! Can't say thank you enough.

First Warby Parker experience and I was pleased to learn they have a brick and mortar spot near me. Shopping for Rx glasses online felt overwhelming to me. As soon as I walked in, Phillip stepped up to help me and was by my side answering every question along the way. He was super friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this location and Phillip all day long!

Had an excellent experience today, Wednesday, January 7, 2025. I believe the person's name is Griffin or close. She was attentive to my issues, thourorly addressed my issues. Probably the best experience I've had in your store in the approximately 10 years that I've been shopping there.

All the associates were very kind, helpful, friendly. There was no pressure. They all seemed to really enjoy each other and their work. It was a nice experience plus I am having a new pair of glasses made for at least $400 less than when I order from my ophthalmologist's office. Thank You!
