Williams Vision Group

Been going to the Williams Group for nearly 45 years now, beginning with the senior Ed Williams who fitted me with my first pair of contacts. I now see the next generation of Williams, both for contacts and glasses. I go to them because they are the ideal practitioners of their respective crafts. They treat me well, take superlative care of me and my vision, and utilize the latest in technology so I know that my exams are both well-done and accurate. I am always confident that my prescription is spot on. Everyone in the office is a pro, not to mention friendly and welcoming. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and, obviously, I haven't. For a very good reason.

I always have a great experience here! Dr Williams has helped me out a lot with my contact lenses. He suggested a different lens & solution which has solved my irritated eyes problem - I am so grateful! All of the staff here are excellent & are great to work with. I highly recommend this office!

Always a great experience at WVG! The staff is courteous and I never feel rushed through my appointment. Dr. Williams always spends ample time and answers any questions I have thoroughly. John in the vision center is always very helpful in picking out the correct frames and ensuring I have everything I need before I leave!

I've been going to the Williams Vision Group for.since 1983. I have multiple vision problems and very poor eyesight. The Dr. Williams has been able keep my vision at near 20/20 despite my many vision problems. I highly recommend them if you have major challenges with your eyesight.

Wonderful as always! I've been going to Williams Vision Group for abut 25 years and have always had a pleasant experience. Everyone is so nice and caring. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing and they take the best of care. Highly recommended!!

I came to this practice so that I could continue to see Dr. Lundien and was very happy with my first appointment at this location. Dr. Lundien was wonderful as always, caring and dedicated to making sure that your prescription is correct and eye health is taken care of. The staff at this office was wonderful. With covid affecting everything, this office was clearly taking the safety of the staff and patients seriously. they were all so friendly and they have a great selection of frames.

Dr. Williams, his tech and the receptionist were very helpful and nice. It was Dr. Williams brother (yes, family), John, who was absolutely HORRIBLE AND RUDE. It was one of the worst customer service experiences EVER! He made it seem like it was my fault that they could not get my prescription correct. He told me I was not welcome when I did tell him thanks for the crap help he did provide. When I asked for my money back to go elsewhere he said no. I let them try once more to get my prescription right but again they failed to do so. After filing a complaint with my insurance company I was given a refund (not the full amount) after months of stress they put me through. I will never go here again and I urge others not to either.

I have a very, very strong prescription and I guess my eyes are complicated, because nobody but Dr. Williams seems to be able to make me see. He is expensive, and his office is far from me, but every time I try to go someplace cheaper or more convenient I end up regretting it. If no one else seems to be able to help you, come see this Dr. Williams. He will get it right.
