I have been receiving examinations for several years at this location. The staff is professional in all of their duties. They are thorough, knowledgeable, and I am always treated with respect by them. Also, most of the staff have been employed here for many years. It seems to be a healthy work environment. If you prefer this location but find a desired frame at another MyEyeDr, you can take a picture of the tag on the frame and bring it to this location in order to receive their exceptional service.

As someone who's never had vision problems until I turned 27 and worked 5 years at a computer job, I really had no experience dealing with eye doctors. This office made the experience really comfortable and I was very impressed by how quick I was able to get in and out. The ladies at the front desk were very warm and welcoming! I'm glad I chose here as my eye doctor!

I usually don't give reviews very often but my experience with Dr. Susan and her entire staff at the Broadway location was wonderful.. I went to America's Best for the same thing about 30 days ago and the differences were like night & day.. I'm definitely going back to myeyedr on Broadway for my vision needs..

If I could give more than five stars, I would... But I can only see five, because of my new glasses. What a difference they made. Maybe my wife will see me in a different light tonight! All kidding aside, this store and the staff,ost notably Holly are amazing. The customer service and the attention to ensuring you look your best!

Dr. Brant and her staff are so amazing. They listened to all my questions and were incredibly kind! I love it here!

It has been well over two months since my original eye exam and my glasses have had to be sent back three times now because they keep making the lenses incorrectly. Subpar customer service. Edit: store was able to work with me and was able to order the correct lenses free of charge. Best customer service I have had in a while. Will be shopping at the store due to them, correcting the misunderstanding.

Had a fantastic experience here this morning! I woke up with some flashes in my peripheral vision (which Google told me was an emergency). My usual provider did not have any availability this week, but I was thrilled when I was able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Brant here in less than an hour. Holly at the front desk made check-in very easy and she was very funny. My tech (wish I could remember her name to give her a proper shout-out) was amazing and made my exam very comfortable and smooth. Dr. Brant explained my results well, was very easy to chat with and eased my concerns. I will probably be switching to this location as my primary provider going forward and would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Brant and team are caring and helpful. I was able to schedule an appointment easily. Front desk staff helped me pick out glasses and rushed an order to get me new lenses before leaving on a trip. Good communication and clean, bright store. I'm thankful for all of their help.
