America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I had a wonderful experience getting an exam for contacts and glasses. Starting with Crystal, she was so nice and welcoming! Dr. Mahaney made me feel comfortable and did a great exam. Then, Marielena helped me with picking glasses and she was so kind and friendly! Affordable too. I will be back for sure!

I would not recommend them at all, I used this place for 2 years and it was previously great. However this time the doctor was rude and tried saying my script hasn't changed even though I can't see with my glasses and she disregarded all of my concerns. They will also charge you $50 for a contact consult but they don't help you with the contacts they hand them to you and send you on your way I had to asks to get the trial solution and case. Thanks for wasting my time and now I have to pay self pay elsewhere because I know my script needs to be strengthened. Waste of my benefits and money.

The Hispanic lady up front has such a terrible attitude. The eye specialists were amazing but once you get up to the front its just a bad experience overall. There was one lady with short hair that was extremely nice but the rest of them were either extremely dumb or extremely rude. Do not go here.

The staff were extremely helpful, wonderful and welcoming. Their eye tests are thorough but fast, They got my glasses shipped quickly in less than two weeks. Iris is so helpful and kind and she made sure my glasses fit perfectly and made adjustments so they're perfect!

My experiences at this location of America's Best have always been top knotch. The staff is so incredibly welcoming and friendly! They have spent time with me finding the best frames for my look. It almost felt like my besties were helping me find glasses for the first time! I was very anxious to have my first eye exam in a long time, but the staff made me feel very much at ease and I actually had a great time picking out my frames! Today I stopped in to have the frames I chose tweaked/fixed and Iris quickly and kindly adjusted them in no time at all. Iris in particular has always been the friendliest, kindest person to interact with! I really appreciate her and her eagerness to go out of her way to show excellent customer service!

Wow! Was literally on my way here to buy some frame toppers when I decided to look at reviews. OVERWHELMING negative reviews with same Corp. canned response to most all. Just ordered from eye pairwear site instead of putting myself through a miserable visit here! Just looked at their BBB rating for further confirmation. Their rating is "F", which is probably why they are not a member! From BBB site: Reasons for Rating Failure to respond to 11 complaint(s) filed against business 4 complaint(s) filed against business that were not resolved. From their canned response below, it's apparent these are canned AI responses based on the one star review. They didn't even read the review. I ordered direct from pairwear & was very satisfied, also saved myself the frustration of dealing with this franchise.

I've been here a couple years ago but almost didn't go again because of some of the negative reviews. However, I had a great experience today. Its a bit quiet due to the weather so maybe that was part of it, but everyone on the staff was extremely kind and patient to me. I have a lot of social anxiety and I felt very comfortable the entire time. I had Sean Mahaney as my doctor and he was very pleasant/kind and I felt did a great and thorough job. Jeremy up front helped check me out and was extremely patient as I spent forever trying to decide on glasses. He went out of his way to choose me some great frames that I ended up purchasing. I left feeling very happy! I'll be back again next year for sure.

Donna was amazing she was able to get me the most for my money. Last year I spent over 500 for one pair of glasses thi year I was way under 500 and I got safety glasses reg glasses and contacts. Score thanks Donna! And the gentleman Dr. was very informative thanks Americas Best!
