My wife and I have been going to Colorado Vision Center for about six years now. The entire staff is really friendly, helpful and very personable. When you walk in the lobby you're greeted with a smile. They treat every customer as if they are family and go out of the way to find the frame that speaks to you. They answer all questions and if they don't know, they will do their best to find out for you. The docs are all fantastic as well. They are very thorough and take the time to listen to your concerns. You won't be disappointed in who you see for your eye exam.

Feb 19 I scheduled an appointment, for March 10. Got to my appt today, they had scheduled for Feb 10, 9 days prior to me calling for an appt. Wth
I get to my appt today and I'm not on the schedule, I was a "no show" in February. Needless to say I could not be seen, 25 years of coming here, and nope nothing. They acted like it was my fault. Ridiculous! So much for loyalty. All the people I have referred will be getting a call and I will never refer anyone again.

I have loathed going to the eye doctor for 20 years. I go regularly. I have very poor vision and some unusual vision issues. A friend recommended I see Dr. Rado and I realized it's possible I just needed a better eye doctor! My first visit to Colorado Vision Center was amazing. The communication from the appointment making to the checkout was stellar. Dr. Rado was engaging, relaxed and shared what she was observing with me. Eg., the pressure in my right high was a big high, this isn't related to my high blood pressure, AREDS 2 isn't going to help me ... in short, she communicated with me, and I learned how to better care for my vision. In one visit I got far better care and had a far superior experience than I did with my previous provider, who also is local.
