I have been trying to get an explanation of what 60% means on a form I have to have filled out..I called this Doctor to try make a appointment, but before I came in I wanted to know the answer to that question. I was told the Doctor was too busy to answer my question. I didn't have the option of emailing him. what is it with these people they think they are God they don't know everything and they're not that important. I'm just as important as they are and so is my time... I didn't want to come in and waste my money if they couldn't even answer that simple question...
