EyeCare for You

Very disappointed with the new management. When I went to my eye appointment a few months back, I had to wait over an hour to be seen which was frustrating. What is the point of an appointment if my time is not respected? Then, I recently received another bill (5 months later) saying that our insurance did not cover my husband's contacts. The previous staff always ensured that our benefits were available and the new staff missed the mark. While we do take some of the responsibility for not calling on our benefits, we assumed the office was pulling it up on their end (like they always have done) when they did the ordering and we were good to go. It just stinks that I have to shell out money for the mistake and all I can get is that they'll do better next time.

My family and I have been patients for 10 years and have nothing but great experiences with Dr. P. He is thorough and knowledgeable. He also has a great sense of humor. His staff is kind and helpful. I highly recommend Eye Care for You!

We've been taking our entire family (7) to Dr. Provencher for about 15 years. I've been to a lot of other eye docs and he is by far the most knowledgeable. I've also heard friends tell me that they have been to the ER for an eye problem, as well as a other eye doctors only to have things misdiagnosed. When they went to Marc, he knew exactly what the problem was and helped them get the right treatment and a good outcome. Absolutely wouldn't go anywhere else.

Not only is Dr. Provencher an excellent optometrist (he found a scar on my retina that no other eye doctor has ever mentioned and he found it before my eyes were even dilated) but his office staff are amazing as well. They really helped to take the stress out of finding the right frames for my face shape. I couldn't recommend this place enough! Unfortunately, I had to relocate out of state. I am having a hard time finding a new eye doctor that measures up to them.

Wow!! I've been moving around for several years so I've always had a different optometrist but Dr. Provencher was by far the best optometrist I've ever had. I'm so thankful that my coworker referred me to Eyecare For You. The staff was friendly, everyone was patient and kind, and it was clear that they really cared about me and my wants/needs. Thanks for helping me have such a great experience, you'll have my business for years to come

The staff and service was well above par. All of the diagnostic equipment is state of the art which does make a difference. Their selection of glasses is contemporary and their knowledge left me with a pair of glasses that are stylish and properly scripted for me. I would recommend Eye Care for You to anyone!

Was in today as a new patient. Front office was clean and staff was friendly. Dr. P was personable and didn't push any unwanted/unnecessary tests. Very pleasant experience and definitely plan to return. Great experience :)

Went as a new patient today. Dr. P is wonderful. I have never had a better or more complete exam. I can't say enough wonderful things about his staff! Truly a great experience.
