Dr. Katie Engel is the best optometrist our family has ever gone to! She is so patient and so brilliant in working with the most difficult of eye challenges. Can't say enough about her level of expertise and kind demeanor with patients. She really is the best!

Where to start... The moment you walk in the positive atmosphere the staff creates is unlike any doctors office (in general) I have been to. The Doctor was extremely personable and remembers me and things we talked about the year before! The exam was explained to me every step of the way, what the doctor was looking for, descriptions of the picture of the back of my eye, what the certain machines are doing, surprisingly thorough I wasn't just another brick in the wall!

The eye doctor Katie is so amazing. She corrected my prescription that the other doctor there originally prescribed because she took extra tests and was very patient in letting my eyes readjust while doing the tests and was very understanding and gave me a prescription that is like a breath of fresh air. I'm able to see things so much clearer and I'm so happy I could cry. Thank you so much Katie! You're amazing!

Plain and simple, just call the next day to make sure your reorders are actually taken down and put into their system. I made a reorder and received no notice my contact order had processed. Called the eye care center 7 days later to get notification of where my contacts were, and was told they had no prior order. Staff said, "we are in the same boat". Whatever that means. Dr. Engel was great at my appointment but the front desk staff is in need of some help. 1-800-Contacts is best.

My son was complaining about headaches. I called the front desk and the young lady was extremely pleasant and answered all my questions. Then got me an appointment for the same day. When we arrived the office was just coming back from lunch and very happy, full of laughter. That means the employees love their job. Dr. Jackson was a very friendly man, who spoke to my son of 11 and not at him. He showed him how the eye works, then showed him his eyes on the monitors. My son was at ease and we left very happy . Thank you Jackson Eye Care for the pleasant experience.

Dr. Jackson and his team provided my children with wonderful care! Not only do they create a great environment, but they go above and beyond to give us good info and helpful advice. I have met many people that have worked with Dr. J and have had a great experience as well.

They took the time to get my prescription right and provided excellent care. 10/10 would recommend.

If there was a 0 stars I would have choose that! I was there on May 20/24 because I lost everything in a house fire and the job I do requires contacts so I got an exam in the contacts fitting. The doctor was sweet, but today I called to let them know that I had to go out of town for a funeral and the airlines lost my luggage which had the trial pairs in them. I tried to order some contacts, but those were the most expensive contacts that they fitted me with which I am a single mom five especially since I already lost everything in the fire. I talked to who claimed to be the manager. I believe her name is Heather and then Brynn those ladies were extremely rude. I explain my situation and asked if there was anyway I could get fitted for cheaper contacts or a different trial pair to get me by until I can afford to order contacts or even get contacts in the mail. They had no respect for me at all told me that they don't do that that I would have to just pay out-of-pocket for another exam, that was just sound like a personal problem is what I was told !!! you would think that somebody could have some sort of sympathy for the fact that I lost everything in the fire then I lost my luggage of what I had left and my only trial pair. I'm a single mom of five. I am struggling just to get by and now I can't see. I don't have any glasses and I don't have any contacts and my vision is horrible. So now I cannot drive or go to work or anything, so I will not be recommending anybody here rude and disrespectful. The front ladies were. I feel bad because the doctor was amazing herself. Those ladies don't deserve to have a job!! Do better
