Jackson Eye Care -Robertson St

I wish I shared the same sentiment as most of the reviewers. I had a very poor experience with the clinic. They confirmed my insurance provider when scheduling my appointment. I biked under snow and when I arrived the receptionist said that they don't accept my insurance. She went back and forth to talk with her manager, who did not care for standing from their chair and office to explain anything. Just a dry no. Later I called the insurance company who affirmed that they "absolutely are part of the network". So if only the manager had checked when I was there. So this is it. Just a rant to shine some light on how incompetence affects customers.

Hands down the best eye clinic I've visited! The front desk associate, Bren, went above and beyond when I called to schedule an appointment to ensure I was seen quickly and it helped me avoid waiting 4 months to be seen by a specialist. In person, she's even more of a delight when I checked in. The clinic itself was clean and had super cute art. My intake exam was the easiest, most gentle eye exam EVER! No tears, no numb eyes, no dilated pupils, what bliss!!! The associate helping with the exam explained each test. This clinic has new technology that makes the tests far less uncomfortable than I thought possible. Dr. Jackson was extremely thorough, not just reviewing my results with me, but also going over eyeball education to help relieve problematic symptoms. He put together a care plan moving forward to address issues long term. How wonderful to find providers who care! My favorite part of the experience was that everyone who helped me had a good sense of humor and upbeat attitude. I could've stayed and talked to Bren all day! Thank you Jackson Eye Care, I look forward to seeing a better future because of you!

3 of my children saw Eye Doctor Mark today and it was an excellent experience for all of us. He was very warm and welcoming! He also seemed very knowledgeable about the eyes and explained everything. Not to mentioned all staff was very friendly as well as professional!

Jackson Eye Care is great! I've been to many eye doctors and this was my favorite place for an eye exam in Fort Collins. They were super knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. I'll definitely go back next time!

I've been seeing Dr. Jackson for eye care for 20 years! He is kind and listens and is very precise! His staff is wonderful! They are super kind, friendly and efficient! The new location is super clean and inviting. It's quiet and convenient with great parking!

10+ years I've been with Dr. Jackson. Got a chance to visit the second location and it's beautiful. Katie was super nice and I felt she really cared, which is an extension of Dr. Jackson. The two girls up front were amazing and made me feel very welcomed as well Thank you sir, for genuinely caring about your clients.

I have gone to Dr Jackson for a few years now and used to take my youngest daughter to him years ago as well! Best eye doctor ever!! Very thorough! And he is great at explaining everything and I asked lots of questions! Hahaha! And the new office is amazing! I'm looking forward to my next appointment in a year! Oh and I almost forgot.. the girls at the front desk are awesome! I forget their names because I'm terrible with names! Sorry about that! But they are very friendly and that makes it amazingly nice!

Katie Engel is the best! We love seeing her for the whole family!
