Snapping your glasses in half is a very unpleasant experience. This LensCrafters really made me feel great and confident about having to purchase a new pair. When I came in I was sour and disappointed but when I finished with Patrice I felt amazing, respected and truly cared for. I received an amazing price and she honestly answered all of my questions. I would recommend anyone with glasses to go to this location, you will leave with a smile on your face!

The doctor's office was pleasant and professional; however, the retail store experience was very disappointing. The staff were not attentive at all--you have to chase them just to get assistance with glasses. I was mostly left to try things on by myself, and they barely provided any information about what was covered by my insurance.
What was most concerning is that they charged an insurance protection fee without clearly informing me beforehand--it was quietly added to the bill. There was also no clear communication about when the glasses would be ready. Every time I called, I was given a different status update.
Overall, the lack of transparency and poor communication made this a frustrating experience. I am disappointed and will definitely not be returning.

The staff are very customer focused. In particular the Assistant Manager (Nicole) is probably the best supervisor/ ass mngr I have seen in 40 years as a Mng Consultant.
Quiet, incredibly compitent and very focused. Truly the best eye store in Fort Collins and the eye doctor who does the free exams is also the very best.
