I've been coming to this eye doctor for a few years, but the situation has gotten ridiculous. I've tried to be seen three separate times recently, and every single appointment has been canceled. I show up, only to be told the doctor can't make it or that the appointment was canceled with little to no notice. Once is understandable. Three times is not. This has been a complete waste of my time and shows a lack of respect for patients' schedules. If your time matters to you, do not book with this practice.

I found the staff to be warm, as well as the medical team. I went in with concussive issues and they're helping me get my life back on track, especially working with screens. They were extremely helpful and patient, which helped alleviate anxiety I've been having.

Honestly thought I loved this place but the last time I came here they charged me $100 for the eye appointment on top of whatever they sent to my insurance. Even though my insurance should have covered it all.
On top of that they call constantly and text constantly if you go past your appointment. Honestly it is annoying. I understand marketing but there is a line to find there between bothering people nonstop and actually successfully marketing.
I just have decided to take my business elsewhere...

I LOVE Dr. German and that's the reason I have continued to go back to Mountain View Eye Specialists. Everything else about the clinic is pretty average. Their frames selection is lacking, in my opinion, and they tend to be on the pricier side. They haven't been running any outstanding specials on frames and sunglasses when I'm in, so I can't speak to that as well. Customer service can be hit or miss and I noticed another review mentioning getting one answer over the phone and then another answer in person if something comes up with your appointment or glasses. I had something similar happen.
Dr. German goes above and beyond for her patients and helps solve issues that other eye doctors may miss. That being said, Mountain View Eye Specialists as a whole isn't overly impressive. Definitely check them out if you're already considering it or have been recommended by a friend! Otherwise, there are similar eye clinics in the area that may check more boxes than simply an awesome eye doc.
