The place looks great and the staff works hard. I do really miss when it was Advanced Eye care though because they had the best eyeglasses and the service was extraordinary, especially when they were downtown. They always had plenty of good help, however the new place rarely does. I've gone in three times but they've never had enough help to sell me some eyeglasses. I waited for them to finish with customers but they're usually overwhelmed. That never happened back in the day at the Advanced place, but I don't blame the staff. They're good. They just need more help!

I came in having no idea what my insurance looked like or how it worked. This was my first eye appointment since I had been in elementary school, so I had no idea what to expect. This has been the best customer experience I have had ever. Thankyou Christian, Lauren, Teice, and Tyler. You guys are great and very helpful !

My experience was great here. Teice was absolutely amazing and made my appointment great. I've had a small issue with my order not because of him but he has went out of his way to make things right and getting my glasses done over. If you need any eye services you most definitely need to come check them out and ask for Teice if you want a great experience.

I had the best experience here at the S College office! Huge shoutout to Kate at the front desk, Tierce with check out, and the lovely GM with the fabulous blue glasses and orange sweater (I'm so sorry I didn't catch your name). All three of these folks were so kind, upbeat, and personable! Dr. McClelland was very thorough and kind as well, he took time to explain what each part of the test would look for and what that means for my eye health. Thank you all so much for being amazing!

This place was fantastic! I have a fear of the doctor, no matter what kind, and I've been putting off going to the eye doctor for almost a decade. The staff here were hilarious and super sweet. Jean-Pierre Jamal m'buktu III (his real name is Teice, don't call him JP or Jamal) had me almost crying with laughter at the end of my appointment when picking out glasses. It was hands down, the most welcoming and fun experience I've ever had at any doctor and I will never not recommend this place.

Every part of this appointment was great -from my first call with the front desk to the lab technician, doctor, and eye glasses specialist! Hard to believe, but I had FUN at my appointment! I believe the glasses specialist was Terce (sorry I'm blanking on your name!) and he was SO patient when I tried on pair after pair of glasses, and then tried them all on again. Everyone was friendly (including other patients shopping for their glasses) and the doc and staff made me feel at ease and were happy to answer any and all questions. Awesome job and I'm so grateful to have found a great place!

The exam was very straight forward, and most of the staff was very kind. However, the associate who helped me pick my frames openly mocked my clothing and the way I spoke. They even jokingly mistook me for another customer when I came in for the initial exam, as if they couldn't tell us apart.
I have multiple conditions that affect my speech, as well as being indigenous and LGBTQ+. Sadly, I'm reluctant to return due to this treatment.

All staff were very helpful and friendly, and they fixed my broken/warped glasses for free so I have no worries until my new pair is ready :) I also agree with other reviews mentioning Teice! Very personable, and walked me through everything I needed to know as a new buyer. Will definitely come here for all my eye-related needs in the future!
