quick and attentive service, my doctor either has great memory or took the time to look up my patient file beforehand and was very personable, was thorough and patient with the questions i had, and they were very understanding of my 1 year old who managed to take a spill in the play area and screamed bloody murder. I gotta say, as a mechanic who routinely does repairs that cost thousands and thousands of dollars, the comparison of the customer service they provided for $400 dollars vs the customer service provided for the thousands of dollars of dollars people shell out for repairs set a new standard for how i want to treat customers.

I usually don't post negative ratings. I had been a patient of this clinic more than ten years until recent change in ownership. Not returning to this place. Myself and family member had our eyes examined. I will not post my medical diagnosis here. I can say that I am thankful I got a second opinion. Next. Very rude front desk employees. I live an hour from the appointment. Want glasses? There is a limited selection of frames and no help from the TWO people at the front desk. After waiting for a LONG time for someone to help us, I finally asked when someone could assist us. I was informed that they usually only do frames on Mondays... Customer Service 101: FAIL. ALL the way from phone appointment to exam discussion to leaving with no glasses because it wasn't Monday.

Dr. Provencher has proven himself year after year in providing excellent vision care. My husband's cornea had been scratched in an accident several years ago. Prior to seeing Marc, we'd been to an urgent care provider who had diagnosed my husband improperly. Fortunately, Dr. Provencher's office had been open on a Saturday and were delighted to fit him into the schedule. My husband not only received the proper diagnosis and treatment but experienced relief quickly. (Apparently, if the cornea becomes infected, vision can be lost.) We were so grateful we did not have to face any potential problems associated with his condition. Dr. Provencher is not only knowledgeable but sincere in his care for his patients. His staff is always welcoming and responsive. It's wonderful to receive the care you seek in a time when profit is oftentimes sought after rather than genuine patient care.

This was my first time coming here, my mom referred me, and I'm glad she did! The doc was really kind helped me out with my prescription but also because of his referral (for droopy eye) It was figured out that I had an underlying autoimmune disease that I had no idea I had. I can't thank him enough for his part in helping me figure this out, it's amazing what your eyes can tell you about your health. Thank you!

Sad to post this but it has been such a terrible experience with the administrative staff. From disorganization to missed payments they have to collect at a later date it is a disgrace. Stuck with them to get my new prescription but will be looking for a new doctor.

Very nice front desk staff and the doctor . I had an eye injury and was in so much pain .. I called around and no one at all was able to see me but them . Very caring people . Eye is much better now thanks to them!

I have been going to Eye Care for You since 2001 and have always been taken by how good (and precise) Dr Provencher is in his eye exams. This is not the typical, "good enough" approach, he takes the time to get my vision right!

I had previously given them a scathing review which I hated to do. They have since then redeemed themselves. Still a little pricey.
