The staff are so nice, they are friendly, fast, and so effedient! The store is clean and welcoming as well. I screwed up my appt. times and they fixed me up without making me feel dumb. They had me in in no time, I actually was in and done before my scheduled appt. I will continue to travel to get my eyes checked at Vision Works!!!!!

Amazing place! Love Dr. Owens!! I got the help 2 other eye centers couldn't provide and I believe it was because the staff and Dr took the time to listen to my needs! This will be my permanent eye place especially because they won't take an arm and a leg!

Leah was absolutely fantastic. I would give her a million stars if I could, she repaired my broken glasses that I didn't think could be fixed, and did it quickly. We came in before close, which can be very inconvenient but she was so helpful and incredible and the customer service was amazing.

The staff here are all very friendly and helpful, I was able to get in and out with a new lens prescription during my lunch hour. They also helped me correct an error I made with lens brand and gave me new trial lenses the same day.

Could not get my prescription correct after 2 exams. One of the younger/newer front desk employees gaslit me for about an hour while trying to discuss how to remedy the prescription. The first pair of glasses made me so nauseous and sick I could not put them on for more than a couple of minutes. One more senior employee was the most helpful by not being difficult about giving the refund.
Overall their vision test is significantly lacking. I don't recommend going here if your prescription needs updating
