Doctor Noga was nice enough but I couldn't help but feel I was part of an assembly line. The exam was very short and felt rushed. It also felt very impersonal. I was also confused as I had initially set up a virtual eye doctor visit, but I was called back to reschedule to see an in-office doctor due to my dry eye diagnosis. However, Dr. Noga didn't even address the dry eye and it was not clear as to what he did differently that a virtual visit couldn't have done. As I said, Dr. Noga was pleasant enough, but it appeared as if his focus was elsewhere and he was merely going through the motions, without addressing anything specific to my own eye health.

Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. I was in for an exam which only took a few minutes. The doctor and his staff were great about explaining what they were doing and asking if I had any questions. When it came time to pick out some frames, they gave me a ton of options and were sure to explain any rebates, warranty, and what insurance would cover. I'd highly recommend them for anyone looking for a full-service eye doctor.
