Dr. Tudor is very skilled and has great doctor patient communication skills as well. Icon staff is one of the best avaliable in our area. Tech person Ashley was amazing during the pre- YAG laser procedure.

The technician who first met me was wonderful- Rowland. He did the exams and explained everything very clearly. I then waited for over an hour for Dr. Holt to come in. I think he's very personable and knowledgeable, but I think the wait is inexcusable. I feel like that is more due to the expectations of Icon, and not his fault. He is excellent. Each person (except the initial checkin) was friendly and professional. The wait time is just not acceptable.

My review is a mixed bag. I got the top shelf Light Adjustable Lens cataract surgery. I give the surgeon, Dr. Fox 5 stars. Excellent all around. At two of the three Grand Junction offices, in large letters on the waiting room walls is written, The Center For excellence. My surgical experience was excellent. The follow up, however, with Dr. Ferris was less than excellent, and funny, in his waiting room, those messages are absent. I give Dr. Ferris 4.5 stars for technical skills. But 2 stars for patient care. He is the only Dr. they have for the 4-6 follow up adjustments. as a patient, you are at his mercy to get your lenses right once they are in your eyes. He schedules your appointments for 2 hour slots, and in that two hours you will see a tech for about 15-20 minutes and the doctor for about 30 minutes. The rest of the time you are for no reason left waiting in the exam room while Dr. Ferris sees other patients. On my final visit yesterday, after he dial acted my eyes he saw other patients and left me waiting for 50 minutes. That is absolutely not excellent service. It's like after they have your money, the level of caring for you diminishes. In retrospect. I am still glad i got the LAL lenses. But shame on ICON for their poor service post surgery. They should at least provide a cot for comfort while the patients are forced to wait so much.

Came in with a plan from my regular doctor for a laser procedure. Dr. Tubbs was able to offer some other options that my delay the lasers or eliminate completely. Probably more profit in doing the procedure so this indicates good medical care with the patient first.

Dr. Harder recently changed practices. My visit to Icon and Dr. Harder was excellent in every way. I'd especially like to mention that the imaging done by Rowland was totally delightful and instantly comfortable and fun.

Dr. Holt was awesome, he discovered a suture left in my eye from a long ago eye surgery done by a different doctor entirely. He and Dr. Fox removed it and it turned out to be a part of the cause of my symptoms of dry eye. They along with Jacque were instrumental in giving me a great experience for my first appointment with this group. It will definitely not be my last. I highly recommend.

He was a very good and efficient Dr. I was quite nervous but he treated me so good. I had to have shots in each eye and I was so surprised at how it didn't hurt. I would recommend him to anyone.

I am very happy with my experience from beginning to end at both locations of ICON! I can see better than ever after cataract surgery in both eyes. I would recommend them 100%! Just don't park in the wrong spot!!
