Doc was pretty cool, but I didn't see him again after he dialed in my prescription. I needed glasses for the first time ever, and I did not get given any information on my options. (contacts, vs glasses. pricing, my personal insurance options, ect.) I was in network, and my insurance has $0 copay for eye exams, but somehow I ended up paying. I also had to ask for my prescription on the way out, so it left me feeling like they were trying to take advantage of a new naive customer.

Can't say enough about Dr Godfrey and his staff. They were able to get me into their office the same day to get a metal shaving out of my eye. If your needing a high quality eye doctor that you can trust give him a call. You won't be disappointed.

Sadly Ripped Off! I went in to this office for an exam and for night vision glasses. I thought I was ethically being taken care of. I couldn't understand why I had to pay 500.00 dollars for them!! They had me trapped because they ordered the lenses so fast that I couldn't cancel and would have to pay for them. I figured I would just make payments at my leisure and pay them off. Discovered when pick them up that I had been up sold and given progressives.... which is not what I wanted or needed! All Carmen could say to me was "sorry you feel that way". I called several eye stores who told me you DON'T have to have progressives if you only want glasses for night driving. No help from the mgr or anyone.... I figured I could hopefully help people who go there in the future. Shameful Business and will submit to the Channel 13 Problem Solvers.

Dr Godfrey has taken care of me and my family for 7 years. He and his staff are professional, pleasant, and they use the latest technology to make the entire process fast. I consider them experts in contact lens technology and appreciate the recommendations for new designs and comfort.

Make sure you ask for the return policy language if you go to them. I bought extra boxes of contacts because they told me I could return them and get a refund if I didn't need them anymore. When I come back to return them, they tell me that they will only give me an in-store credit...which means nothing for a guy who just got LASIK. Basically, don't take their word seriously. They will tell you what you want to hear so that they can make the sale PS - The return policy is on a small printout behind marketing materials, so you really have to look for it

Excellent Service! Went in late on the last day of the year and were treated with absolute professionalism and efficiency. I would highly recommend this to all my friends and neighbors.
