Advanced EyeCare Centers: Lone Tree

Customer service has gone down hill from how it used to be.I was driving all the way from Boulder to see them for 5 years I was late for 5 minutes and they refused to see me for my appointment. This was the last straw. You just lost a faithful client.

Their system texts reminders for the wrong time. Apparently, you're supposed to know your appointment starts 15 minutes before the time that was confirmed via text (twice), or you'll be rudely turned away and told to reschedule. But they can't modify their system to send texts with the right time or a disclaimer that it's 15 minutes off because the provider they use for texts "can't change it." I don't know how they operate. I will obviously be finding a place that can manage the impossible task of sending reminders for the correct appointment time!

I had my eye exam done and the doctor played a lot on the machine with my astigmatism. When I had my glasses done, they were not correct. They made me pay for another two pairs of glasses to correct my prescription. I paid full price again. They made me feel like it was all my fault. I would not recommend them.

I've been needing a thorough eye exam for a while but also needed a new Optometrist, so I kept putting it off. Both my mother and my grandmother had macular degeneration so it's crucial for me to have my eyes checked and have a relationship with my doctor. Made an appointment with Dr Hopper and I am still amazed how much I lucked out finding her, as she is by far the most impressive Optometrist I've ever had. She is very kind and quite friendly so she immediately puts you at ease . Her knowledge and experience really comes through when explaining the results of tests and her recommendations for proper eye wear and supplements etc etc. I feel such a sense of calm knowing I'll be under her care and confident if there's ever an issue she will know about it right away. They have a great selection of eyewear to choose from and all the fun stuff up front too like Latisse, Upneeq and high quality supplements. They even made sure I had a coupon for something I mentioned I was running by the store to pick up; very thoughtful. This is not your average experience...I cannot recommend Dr Hopper enough to anyone looking for a new Optometrist or Eye Clinic in general. The whole team is terrific and the entire staff gives amazing customer service from beginning to end. Great practice....highly recommend!

I showed my appointment was at 3:30 but when I showed up at 3:25, the ladies at the desk said it was at 3:15 and I had to leave after they belittled me and one of them told me that, "Even if it WAS at 3:30, you should have gotten here 15 minutes early." They are doing construction on Lincoln that I was not aware of but I tried to make it early. They were so unkind and acted so rudely that I didn't even want to reschedule. Especially the blonde one!

I really enjoyed my first visit to this clinic. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Golesh was awesome. He explained everything to me from the different tests they take, the results and my prescription. Pat, who helped me with my glasses, was great as well. He was very helpful and helped me pick out the perfect glasses. I will be making appointments for the rest of my family!

Dr. Golesh and team are awesome! Highly recommend! I was a first time patient and I had a great experience yesterday with Dr. Golesh and the entire team! Dr. Golesh was very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered all of my questions and is fun to work with. The front office team did an excellent job as well! Great job all the way around!

I have used Dr. Fincher & Crew for about 13+ yrs. All the staff are phenomenal and extremely helpful in whatever need you have. The best part is there extensive selection of eyeware all the way up to to end design brands. Service is quick & precise. I haven't gone to another eyecare professional in CO since I found them working in the tech center/ Lone Tree area as an accountant back in the day.
