Altitude Eye Care at Park Meadows

I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Davis, and I cannot recommend her enough. She was incredibly patient, kind, and thorough with my check-up. What truly stood out was her dedication; she continued to follow up with me a week after my appointment to check on my progress. The front desk staff were also wonderful and made it easy to book a next-day appointment. I'm so glad I found Dr. Davis--I truly felt like I was in great hands and look forward to seeing her for my future eye care.

Front desk staff were welcoming and efficient! Eye tech, also welcoming and friendly, was very good in explaining testing and not rushing the exam at all, taking time to do it right the first time, and making sure I was comfortable and answered any question I presented to him. Dr. Nicholson, too, was welcoming. He was very helpful with my questions, addressed my concerns, and very knowledgeable. He takes the time! Much appreciated!

Altitude Eye Care was fantastic and they went out of their way to squeeze me into a cancellation while I was at the mall. After arriving, they had a minimal bit of paperwork to complete, a brief wait, and then I was called back for some pre-exam steps before meeting with the doctor. Dr. Olivia L'Ami was very kind and attentive to my history with past eyesight concerns. The process was routine, but comprehensive. In fact, when it came time to determine the appropriate lens configuration, she was a huge help! I'm ultra-particular about my experiences with eyeglasses and she walked me through the options available and sent me on my way. I'm grateful for her care and thorough explanations. The entire staff is to be commended; my experience was great!

Absolute best eye exam in years. The staff from the very beginning were courteous, expedient and listened to the needs of the patient. The Doctor was inviting, approachable and thorough. A key issue I've had at other doctors is over correcting my prescription but this doctor took steps to ensure that wouldn't happen. I will use this doctor moving forward and thank them for creating a comfortable, competent and professional environment! Thank you.

Dr Davis was very thorough and informative. She gave me answers to everything I questioned and more. She even carefully followed up after hours when she left a message for a referral. Very happy with the care I received there.

I am very impressed with this group. From scheduling to final checkout the process was seamless. This team communicated very well with me, got my insurance in advance and took care of all inquiries before the appointment. I brought in my young children for their first eye exam which went smoothly. Dr J. Goetz has an excellent "bed side manner" with kids. I strongly recommend this group for eye care.

Professional and empathetic. Got right to the point. I wish you could still get your glasses in the same day. I lost mine and two weeks is just too long to wait. That's not the staff's fault. They were extremely accommodating. A+

I can't say enough good things to say. You guys were so thorough, taking your time to answer all my questions. I went through half a dozen tests and an in depth view of each eye. I really am new to the whole glasses world but up until a couple years ago did I really feel the benefit of some sort of help. The employee's and doctor at the Park Meadows Lens Crafters really made me feel comfortable and they accepted medicade that covered everything.
