We just love Dr Margolis! He's patient, caring and everything you want a provider who ultimately guards your vision/sight. Our 91 y/o father just had his annual exam & won't go to anyone else. Dr Margolis's experience in eye care for diabetic patients adds a level of comfort we truly appreciate!

I am in my fifties and I have honesty NEVER experienced anything like the horrible treatment that I received at Cosmedics by Dr. Margolis. My initial experience was arriving to an empty desk and hearing a woman yelling at another woman in the back for not being at her post. Two somber, grumpy women then emerged. One had a small modicum of friendliness. The real treat though was my meeting with Dr. Margolis, where I quickly learned where this negative culture emanated. Now, I am familiar with doctors on the autism spectrum who just lack social skills. This was NOT that kind of thing. He read through the same list of questions that I had completed on a form a few minutes earlier. When I tried to inject additional information that I thought might be relevant, he just rudely interrupted me by repeatedly reading the next question. When I mentioned my family history of macular degeneration he cut me off rudely. He charged me $20 for some eye drops and sent me on my way. There was absolutely no semblance of humanity in that man. The next visit (yes, I am apparently a glutton for punishment) I waited for 20 min. and the office worker gave me a one page brochure and consent form for a dry eye diagnostic procedure that they explained is not covered by insurance and which had not previously been discussed with me. I declined to sign the consent prior to talking to the doctor about it. When he finally met with me after 20 minutes he harshly questioned me regarding why I hadn't signed the consent. I asked what the alternatives were and he responded "well I could just guess what's wrong". I asked how long the procedure would take and it was more time than I had left after sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes, which he was unhappy about. They then had the audacity to charge me for the visit! Obviously I will be looking for a different eye doctor!!! You couldn't make this stuff up!

Dr. Margolis and his team are exceptional eye care professionals. Doc is meticulous and knowledgeable. He leaves no stone unturned in the diagnostic and treatment process. I just had cataract surgery yesterday (11.19.25), and all systems are go(!), with my prior good vision rapidly returning. I know that all surgical outcomes/patients are different, but you won't be able to find a better eye Doc and a better team than Colorado Ophthalmology and CosMEDics!

Dr. Margolis is meticulous and conducts a comprehensive exam. Dr. Margolis is interested in providing the best care for each patient. Outside referrals are recommended in specific instances. Staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Staff are well-prepared to serve customers.

Another great post-op visit to Colorado Ophthalmology and CosMEDics. Eyes are doing great and best of all, I have my vision back! A great big thanks to Dr. Margolis for his meticulous medical care and attention. And a heartfelt thanks to his team of health care experts and clinicians. CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS GROUP HIGHLY ENOUGH!

Dr Margolis is a brilliant, innovative physician who really cares about his patients and is always looking for ways to improve his knowledge and skills. I'm so grateful I found him and the entire practice ! Christine is amazing. I'd highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Margolis is great. He was very honest about my options when I got metal debris in my eye and helped me make an informed decision. He did the removal expertly with no complications.
