I had such a great experience at Eyeglass World! Geno, who did my eye exam, was incredibly kind and patient throughout the whole process. Joshua, the general manager, was so friendly and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Even though I live in Denver, I'll definitely be coming back here for all my future eye exams. The service felt so personalized, and the prices were very affordable. Highly recommend!

My experience as a first time customer was fairly good but their communication is poor. About 3 weeks ago I got told my eyeglasses and tinted eyeglasses would arrive in a week.A week passed and no phone call so I decided to come in and check.My eyeglasses were ready to pick up but no one called me.Is been 3 weeks and I still do not have my tinted pair of eyeglasses.I decided to try this place since another eyeglass chain has very bad customer service but I was wrong thinking this place seemed better.

Beware! Worst service I have ever experienced. Been working, trying to get the right prescription and glasses for the last two months and still no success. Whatever changes have been made are not working the staff and doctor are incompetent. They even acknowledge that they've had so many complaints. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. And sadly, they made $200 from me and I walk away with the wrong prescription and now I have to pay out-of-pocket to see a different doctor. They wouldn't refund me those services. Save yourself the money too!

I had a really enjoyable experience. Lots of frame options and great sunglasses options. I got my first pair of prescription sunglasses and summer has been more manageable with them. I am very happy with the pricing and got almost $500 off of my two pairs. I will return again and again.

I had a fantastic experience at the Lonetree Eyeglass World! Joshua was as an absolute pleasure walking me through what I needed. And Tatsiana was fantastic running me through my tests. Both were engaging and polite really amazing customer service at this location. I'd also like to say the prices were shockingly inexpensive! My last experience getting glasses I paid a $650 for a single pair and had to wait 2 weeks to get them. Here I got two pairs and had a pair end of day and paid almost half that! I'm so happy I went to this location and got the pleasure of being helped by Joshua and Tatsiana.

I feel like I had a good experience here and saved money. I shopped around at several eyeglass places and I thought that Eyeglass World in Lone Tree had the best selection and I got two pair of progressive lenses for roughly half of what I was being quoted elsewhere. And I don't feel as though I sacrificed anything when it comes to quality and service. Serenity was very helpful when I purchased the glasses and Joshua was great when I came back in to have the frames adjusted. Very helpful and very professional. I don't have insurance and I found this place to be my best option and I feel good about the service I received.
