Michelle Sancho, OD

I was told years ago from an "opthalmologist" that the issue with my eyes was due to my cholesterol levels.. False! My eyes worsened over the years, finally deciding to see an optometrist due to major vision changes. That's when I found Dr. Sancho.. She and her staff provide exceptional customer service, patient care, and show passion and compassion for what they do. Dr. Sancho is the FIRST doctor to find out that there was a real problem with my eyes that had NOTHING to due with my normal-leveled cholesterol. Regardless of the diagnoses that I ended up with, I am beyond impressed and grateful that she found ALL of the issues that the "specialist" couldn't. Simply amazing, and hands-down recommend that office to anyone who needs the best eye care.

I am so happy to have found Dr. Sancho. I've been in contacts for 30+ years and she's is absolutely the best one I've found. My eyelids were being irritated by some poorly-fitting lenses which she quickly diagnosed and while performing the exam correctly noted that I have a thyroid problem by the appearance of my cornea. This doc is extremely thorough, very knowledgeable, and personable to boot. You will be happy with the care you receive from her and the entire ParkRidge Vision staff. Everyone is cheerful and it's a pleasure being there.

Dr. Sancho and the staff at Park Ridge Vision were amazing! Everyone was friendly and welcoming and Dr. Sancho was extremely thorough. The last couple of eye exams I have had were at a local Wal-Mart where I was given a very uncomfortable prescription as a result of the "exams." Dr. Sancho ensures that you are given the most comfortable prescription and offers explanations throughout the entire process. Based on my positive experience, I highly recommend Dr. Sancho to family and friends.

I absolutely love Park Ridge Vision. The staff is always warm and welcoming. Dr Marlatt makes the exams fun and interesting, he always explains everything as he goes. Both Dr Marlatt and Dr Sancho get involved in helping me pick out new frames, both really get into it and make it fun. Both are awesome down to earth people who care for their patients. Making appointments is always easy with hours that work for all.

I have always been impressed here. The staff are nice and courteous. The building is clean and up to date. Michelle Sancho is one of a kind. She really takes the time to focus on you and listen to you during your appointment. She is thorough, and creative and has always been able to help me see my best!!!

Michelle Sancho is an amazing Optometrist. She is personable, reliable, caring, and knowledgable. You can tell she has a passion for her job and her clients. I have never been a patient of Jeff Marlatt, but can tell he has the same attitude. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

If you've read the earlier reviews I'm sure you notice a trend. I haven't had my eyes checked in more than 10 years so maybe all eye doctor offices are this great - but I seriously doubt it. The front office staff is helpful, efficient and friendly. What more could you ask for? Dr. Marlatt is just as friendly and takes his time with you. He never seemed in a rush to do anything but help me. He really knows his stuff but is also able to relate everything to me in terms that I can understand. The office is easy to get to and parking is a breeze. There may be other eye doctors around that you could go to....I just don't know why you would. These guys are terrific!

Dr. Sancho is the best optometrist I've ever seen! I've seen quite a few eye doctors because I've worn glasses/contact lenses since 5th grade, and have re-located several times! Dr. Sancho has been of tremendous help and I credit her with that. She always takes time to listen to me as a patient and answer my questions. I am very near-sighted, far-sighted, have astigmatism and a cateract forming along with dry eyes. She has helped me ease the discomfort in my eyes and see much better! I highly recommend Dr. Sancho.
