If you went to Doctor Moss I would find an other provider ASAP! Since he retired it feels like a complete mess! I've been waiting over 2 months for the correct contact lenses. Also, if you do decide to stick with it make sure you write down the name, date and time of staff you worked with. It's messy and nobody has a clue of tracking orders. It's very tried to be patient for over 2 month. Go to a real in person doctor. The staff has not really been that great and I have been going forever. I stuck with them bc Dr. Moss had them doing what they needed to be doing. I asked for my prescription so I could order myself and got an upside down scan of a third party I need to email to get it.... So many other great places

Went to the Lone Tree Co Optical for new frames and Lenses this afternoon..The associated was playing on his computer and finally said Yes!. I asked him if they took my insurance and he said I do not know? I asked him to check and of course he said NO they don't take discounted insurance. I said What is a discounted insurance? I have Humana and was told you do take it. He said no we don't. Again can you make sure you dont take it and what his your name. He litterely gesture me out and said BYE!. Talk about Rude? Give the guy a raise!!!. Update, update went to Walmart Optical and John went out of his way to help me out 10 minutes he checked my Insurance fit me with new lenses and frames and best part cost me $00 picked my glasses yesterday and William was as nice as John...Sam's learn from Walmart about Customer Service!!!.

Better and cheaper then the competition. I got amazing lenses from this Sam's location for less then I paid WITH insurance at my last vision doctor.
I attached photos so see for yourself. My last doctor charged me $185 after insurance for lenses which didn't even block blue light. Sam's charged me $169 without using insurance for the top of line glasses lenses (darkest automatic tinting, highest quality material, blocks blue light).

I bought glasses with the scratch resistant polycarbonate lenses - they scratched any way. But when i came into Sam's the people there went above and beyond to help me out and remake them.

Friendly staff, but the glasses I got here just don't work at all for me to see. I tried bringing them back and having them adjusted, but still no luck. I ended up going to a different place to get new glasses made, and they work much better. I can't speak to the eye exam process, but I wouldn't recommend getting your glasses made here.
