Quite possibly the most incompetent experience I have ever had.
1. They called to verify my insurance and failed to tell me they were out of network. So naturally it cost me a lot more $$$
2. They said they were ordering me some trial contacts to test out before ordering new contact lenses. It's been 3 weeks and nothing.
3. Richard tells me he will get me some of my current prescription to hold me over. No one ever calls to tell me they have them. Then when I call them I'm told to come pick up tomorrow. I get there and there are 2. pairs of contacts separate and a box of contacts. When I get home I realize the box is only my right eye. Couldn't even get me a weeks worth.
3. Then I sit on hold for 15 min when I call to try and find out if my trials have come in (because no one ever has called like they said they would). No one picks up and I get hung up on. Call back to "voicemail box is full" recordings.
