I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Potter and her team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth by the front desk staff, and the whole office had a welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Potter was incredibly thorough during my eye exam. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns and answered every question I had with patience. I really appreciated how she didn't rush the process and made sure to try several different contact lenses to find the perfect fit for my eyes. It's clear she's very knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients' comfort and satisfaction. I felt well taken care of and left the office feeling confident in my eye care plan. Highly recommend Dr. Potter and her wonderful team!

OMG we had our first visit at Eagle Vision in Longmont and it was the most pleasant experience we have had in a long time! Everyone in the office was so nice! Very professional and efficient. We loved Dr. Elrod!! She gave us more information about our eyes than any other eye specialist has ever given us. I highly recommend this clinic!

Made a new patient appointment because my previous doctor moved to Alamosa. Office looks nice, i was lookonh forward to getting new frames.
This was the only place in town that stated they could fit me for scleral lenses.
Well I arrived at 805 for my 820am appointment and the lady said my appointment was "just canceled". She rescheduled my appointment and said im on a wait list.
Ill just make the drive to Alamosa instead.

They were recommended so I went there with specific issues. Long story short, the tech was inept and the $46 photo of my eyes was blurry (wasn't charged after I complained) and then the dr. said she didn't know what was wrong. Referred me to another practice. Made me pay $39 for a refraction that didn't show anything the doctor could interpret. Then my visit was coded as just a regular eye checkup and my insurances would not pay one cent. Will NEVER go here again, nor recommend them.

Recently went here for an eye exam after my vision started getting really bad, I'm 31 now and never really kept up with my glasses. I kind of assumed I needed lasik or something because of how bad it had become, but as it turned out I only needed the right prescription. Once the doctor flipped the lenses to the right settings things looked like they used to! Within about 30 mins I had a script and I was trying on frames. The doctor and staff were all very friendly and helpful, overall I would recommend this office to all my friends, 10/10 highly recommended.
