Excellent experience & service! From scheduling the 1st appointment, to being welcomed by a smile, efficiency throughout the appointment, polite staff, and well trained assistants & doctor. Best eye doctor experience I've had and I will be back for my yearly exams here! Highly recommend!!!

Friendly knowledgeable staff. I had a previous issue with the macula in my left eye that was in the process of healing. They were able to confirm my eye had made a full recovery. I was a new patient and still in and out in about 1 hour.

MyEyeDr. is by far one of the best eye care offices in the Carbon Valley area. The general manager, Julie, is fantastic to work with. She knows the insurance landscape, the loopholes and rhe gotchas. She is always looking out for you, making your eye care visits and glasses as affordable and pleasant as possible. If you are overdue for an exam and would like somewhere local and convenient in Firestone, give them a try!

Would not recommend!! Looked for a new eye dr for my husband and this seemed like a great place. Overall had a good experience with staff but he picked out glasses and told the lady he didnt want to be surprise billed later. She insisted on all the things he got were covered by insurance except the amount we paid the day of ordering the glasses (around $270). A month or so later we got a bill in the mail for over $200 and when my husband called they told him well thats how it goes, insurance didnt cover it. I would stay clear of this place unless you like surprise bills that you were told you weren't going to get.

Great service from start to finish. Zaira was extremely helpful and made the whole process easy and pleasant. They also have good prices on sunglasses with a great selection. Highly recommend this optometrist's office!

I was having trouble with my right eye and I was just looking for a vision center that accepted my insurance. They just happened to have a opening and took me right away. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a new prescription and the price for the exam and new prescription was reasonable. I had a great experience.

MyEyeDr. Was great! Easy to make an appointment. Willing to answer any and all of my questions. Very nice facility with modern equipment. As a new patient I would definitely recommend Dr.Batalo and his team!

Great customer service! Traveling from Michigan to Colorado with brand new glasses, purchased in Michigan. . I was in desperate need of an adjustment of the nosepieces and stopped in hoping they could help me out. They were so kind and no questions asked set me down and did the adjustment. I was more than happy to pay but was told, no charge. I would definitely recommend this business.
