America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I have no words for how absolutely amazing our experience was today! I brought my entire family in for exams for 3/4 of us and we were treated with such kindness and love here! Grace, Rachel, and Chell treated us like family and gave my 3 year old son a safe place to explore what was happening. Allowing him to "help them work" and dance to music and be a kid while we did what we needed to! Dr. Hellreigel was patient and encouraging for my daughters first appointment and patient with my curious 3 year old. Safe to say we will be back again and again!

I haven't been to America's best in ages, glad to see customer service is still their main focus. All the staff were pleasant, but I want to give a big shout out to the gentleman with the long hair and glasses, who aided in my eye exam. I didn't get his name, but he's great and made me feel so comfortable. Thank you for the great experience

Rachel is awesome. I was honestly freaking out when my last pair of contacts ripped, and she really stepped up to help me. She took the time to find another location and a doctor who could see me so I wouldn't miss school or work. That meant so much. Super helpful, super kind, and just went the extra mile. 10/10 customer service. Thank you again, Rachel -- and thank you to the Englewood team

I was stressed about having to get a new pair of glasses and had never been to America's Best for glasses before. I went to the River Point location and Rachel was amazing! She greeted me right away, asked if I had been there before and showed me around the options helping me with price points. She was patient and answered all of my questions. She took time with me to find the right lenses as well and made suggestions without pushing. She was also very willing to show me the final prices on options to help me decide and so there wouldn't be any surprises. She was warm and patient and extremely helpful. The price points for frames were good. I wish there had been a tiny bit more options but overall selection was good. The experience as a whole was wonderful, especially Rachel

Service was quick and efficient! Rachel went above and beyond to help me pick out a pair of glasses and also went through different pricing options with me. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I love that I was able to get an appointment in the evening

First time at this store . Who ever the lady who i assume is supervisor or office manager did not get her name She had her hair in pony tail really has an attitude and not welcoming at all . She was telling the staff about lunch breaks why i assume she was office manager but she really does not make eye contact when checking a person in , body language is unwelcoming ,talks to you with a type of attitude not how to welcome a customer to the store. She needs to learn service with a smile. If she does not like her job then perhaps she needs to find another one. The rest of the staff including eye doctor were fantastic.

Rachel was awesome!!! With the doctor being out of office, there is a bit of confusion. She made the process so easy and fun. I was able to get a new prescription and will be coming back for new glasses. This experience wouldn't have been have as enjoyable if she wasn't in today. Grace was also super helpful with answering all questions and helping out!

I ordered and picked up my glasses a while ago, tho, both experiences at this location were great, with grsauicela. The whole team there pretty much helped me, from coming in just to pick them out, then ordering them, to pick up,grsauicela was there. And was great to interact with
