My experience with Dr. Vest's office was flawless. I could not have been in a more professional and knowledgeable practice. The results from my surgery superseded my expectations in every way. I have 20/20 vision and perfect intermediate and near vision and I had it from the first day after surgery. My entire experience was positive and well worth it. I am very very happy with everything from the courteous and professional staff to the care after surgery and follow up appointments. I highly recommend this office for all your eyecare needs you will not regret it.

My experience with the cataract surgery on each of my eyes was generally excellent. I believe Dr. Vest and his staff do an extremely thorough job both before during and after surgery. There are 2 reasons I have rated my experience less than five stars: 1)his office seems to follow a practice of over booking for follow up appointments. On three occasions when I had appointments following the surgery I was required to wait 45 minutes, 35 minutes and 25 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time, although I arrived early in each case. Upon arriving each time, I found the waiting room to be quite crowded, not allowing appropriate social distancing for Covid concerns. I will say that on my last appointment, I discovered that there was an alternate waiting room which was much less crowded. 2) my second reason for less than a five star rating relates to the Harvard Park Surgery Center, of which I understand Dr. Vest is a part owner. Again, I was very pleased with the actual process of the surgery and the personnel there do a great job making the patient as comfortable as possible. However prior to my surgery there, I was sent an extensive amount of material to be filled out before the surgery. this amount of material was far more than I've ever experienced with any other medical office and took me in excess of two hours to fill out. much of the material was duplicative the information I had already given Dr. Vest office. I know a common excuse is "the attorneys made me do it" but as an attorney, I can say that the time I needed to spend on filling out Materials for Harvard park was very excessive. interestingly, when I made this comment to the check-in people at Harvard park, they're very nice lady told me " we hear this all the time."

I was recently diagnosed with glaucoma and referred to Dr. Vest. Over the course of 3-4 visits, Dr. Vest and his team tested my eye thoroughly and agreed with the diagnosis. He then spent several weeks attempting to lower the pressures in my eye with a variety of eye drops. Failing that, he recommended eye surgery. Not only did he explain the surgery fully and why he was recommending it, he did not push me at all to have it done. I reached that decision on my own over time with his help. He and his team were exceptional in their office and surgical care and follow through. The surgery went just as he described. I am extremely satisfied with all the care I received from Dr Vest and his team and would highlly recommend him to anyone dealing with glaucoma!

Dr. Vest agreed to do my husband's cataract surgery even though he was not a patient. I take care of my mom here and and she is a patient of Dr Vest. He knew that I could not go to Texas for 4 weeks so he did the surgery here, in Colorado. He was amazing. My husband's cataract surgery was flawless and he had near perfect vision the next day. I would recommend Dr Vest and the Mile High Eye Institute to anyone who might need eye surgery.

Dr. Vest was very professional. He took the time to explain what to expect during surgery. Very caring and responsive medical staff. Was very comfortable throughout the cataract surgery. Day One Post-Op exam revealed all is well and eye is healing normally. Job well done. Thank you Dr. vest and support staff. Moe

Dr. Zach Vest is 1 of the top coolest "Eye Docs" I know. (And I know about 25 of them.) He is super patient and super chill. He listens intently and responds at the same knowledge level as his Patient. His partner William Richheimer, is also excellent and performed a very delicate and nuanced surgery that preserved the sight in my dominant eye with excellent (perfect) results.Both Docs stayed involved and even teamed up with Docs outside of their practice, to attend what could arguably be described as 1 of the most important surgeries of my life. Their support team whom I've met 7 or 8 of, have also been extremely competent and very pleasant to work with. A+++ I've been a "high-maintenance" patient with them for over 4 years and would highly recommend them with absolutely no reservations or doubt.

I have had excellent care by Dr. Vest and his staff. Initially, I came to him for glaucoma treatment including successful laser treatment which eliminated the need for daily drops. I followed up with very successful cataract surgery that included a stenting procedure that should obviate the need for glaucoma medication for about 15 years. I am so lucky to have been treated by such a skilled physician. The office is extremely well organized which just makes everything as easy as possible.

Dr. Vest is the best all around! He is so nice and willing to listen to the patient. He also was very informative of what my surgery was going to be like. I am so happy I chose him to do my cataract and glaucoma surgery!
