I recently got new insurance and this provider inside Target was in network. I was skeptical as I've been going to a very bougie Eye Doctor in Boulder for 20 years. This office had better equipment and the doctor and staff were fabulous. Highly recommend. And the prices amazingly affordable.

Doctor was informed, engaged, patient - took time to ask questions, discuss, do the exam, explain what she was doing and what she found. Not a bit hurried, our appt ended when she was satisfied all my questions had been answered.

Dr. Krueger is so smart and so kind! I feel well taken care of and learned so much about my eyes from my last visit. Highly recommend!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Target Optical in Superior, CO. Staff repeatedly showed disorganization, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior. Aspen was consistently dismissive--rushed through questions, gave contradictory information, and never notified me that my glasses were ready. When I called, she answered abruptly, spoke over me, and refused to provide basic help or manager availability. The glasses I received caused headaches and visual distortion. The new manager, Amanda, initially seemed helpful and offered a refund and replacement, but the situation got worse. My refund was incorrectly issued to my spouse's card without permission, and I was told my spouse should "just give me the money." When I questioned this, Amanda withheld the replacement glasses she had promised. Between the rude interactions, lack of accountability, and mishandling of both product and payment, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I hope Target addresses these issues so no one else goes through this.

Definitely recommend this location. The optometrist was very knowledgeable and accommodating! He was direct and made sure I understood what my prescription meant. The lady who helped with out front with the glasses was also very kind and knowledgeable about the frames and types of lenses.

The Dr was fantastic (although didn't introduce herself and didn't have name tag). She clearly knew what she was doing and told me everything I needed/wanted to know. They have all the newest tech. The staff was great, efficient, pleasant. So nice to get this done at Target. Will definitely be back and definitely recommend!

Optometrist was kind, precise, a good listener. Helped create an eyeglasses prescription which will help me have better vision.

We brought our daughter, who was 6 at the time, to this location to have an update on her prescription. We were told during this appointment that she had 2 lazy eyes and we need to be patching for 6 months on both eyes. We followed directions. During the last 8 months, our daughter has had double vision, can't read the board at school in her classroom, and sits at the closest desk. We brought her to Boulder Vision Therapy to be examined a few months after your eye exam, and they also missed or completely overlooked the fact that our daughter was given the wrong prescription by this location. We were told she was 20/45 in September. We waited to get into the Children's Hospital to confirm everything and get some actual answers. She has no lazy eyes. Told to stop patching. Her prescription was changed to 20/25, and now she has no double vision, can see very far away clearly, and no longer has to struggle in elementary school. Needless to say, if I were a parent of a young child, please go to people who specialize in children's eye exams. In our case, this was a very costly experience in more than just money, but our daughter's confidence and her first year of trying to read.
