SUPERIOR EYE HEALTH

I have been seeing Dr. Julia Robinson at this location for several years now. She and her staff are exceptionally professional, friendly, and efficient, using state of the art screening and monitoring equipment. The ease and convenience of the location is important to me, as well. No more excuses for neglecting my eye health! I couldn't be more pleased with the care I continue to receive here.

Dr Tanya Nicholson is simply great. I had many questions and she was patient and answered them all so calmly and in detail. She has such a calm personality that it makes the visit actually enjoyable. She is now my go to eye doctor. And I've never said that about any eye doctor. 5stars!!!

I had a really positive experience with Dr. Tanya Nicholson. She is caring, supportive, precise, informative and, by far, my favorite eye doctor ever. I recommend her to anyone seeking vision care.

First, there are two doctors here. This review is for Dr. Julia Robinson. I went today for my annual eye exam. As I looked at the old paperwork, I have been going to see her for 14 years. Excellent exams. She is a master at fitting contacts for all types of eyes and needs. I especially like my two mono-vision prescriptions. Right eye for distance and left eye uses a bifocal contact lens for close and mid-range. Works really well. I now only wear glasses on the rarest of occasions. Finally, the eye imaging Dr. Robinson does is an excellent tool for monitoring eye health and can also be an indicator of health issues not associated with the eye.

I saw Dr. Nicholson today, and I was very impressed. She was very thorough, answered all my (many) questions and was very helpful in finding a solution for the dizziness I feel when I've tried using reading glasses. She is an excellent communicator, very patient and easy to talk to. Highly recommend.

I have gone without glasses for a year because... in 2022, the doctor prescribed the wrong prescription. I purchased glasses that matched the wrong prescription. I spent real time driving towards figuring this out, which lead my back to the doctor where she apologized and said that she hopes the eye glasses vendor will give me a new pair. They didn't. So I waited till November of 2023 to schedule a new appointment to make sure my prescription had not changed. When I arrived at the appointment, the office was closed altogether. I went to the management of Costco, and they were surprised that the office was closed and apologized, and eventually called me to tell me that the doctor had covid, and that I should have received a re-schedule. I didn't, but I received an email with the after appointment "please rate us", so here I am :)... Still living without glasses and need to find a different doctor to give me a prescription so I can get new glasses. Fun!

Amazing technology. Quick service. Quick and easy access to contacts and glasses. Dr Nicholson was great! I came in after not getting my eyes checked for a long time :/ and got all the tests and a lot of questions answered and was still in and out within 30min.

I started here for the convenience but have stayed for Dr. Julia Robinson and the excellent treatment I receive. She answers all my questions and concerns and teaches me cool stuff about eye physiology and health. I highly recommend her!
