Colorado Eye Center, now part of MyEyeDr.

Went to get an eye exam back on 10/30, had the assistant help me first. Told her I was their specifically for both glasses & contacts prescription. The doctor came did the eye exam, told me they didn't do contacts but could give me a prescription if I had my previous prescription. She never gave me my glasses prescription ( use glasses daily so to get a new pair needed an updated prescription). She gave me my contacts prescription, but was the prescription that I provided her from my last appointment from a different optometrist. I walk to the front desk to check out and I ask about my glasses prescription; i'm told I have to make a separate appointment to get that because the doctor didn't get my prescription for glasses! When that's was the reason of my appointment to start.

I called for an urgent medical concern. Despite not being a current patient they got me in the same day. The staff on phone and in person were very kind and helpful. As I waited for doctor in exam room I was treated with lovely ambience of music, aroma therapy, and non blaring "hospital lights" . It was actually relaxing! The doctor was thorough, and worked on her treatment plan. For an unexpected visit that could have been stressful, It was seamless and relaxing. THANK YOU.

Had an urgent eye situation yesterday and they were able to accommodate last minute for the last appointment of the day; and even though we were a few minutes late for the appointment due to the short notice. Hopefully the insurance and copay etc. goes well but the accommodation is REALLY appreciated! Thanks to the prescription by Dr. Jordan and the OTC medication, doing better today. Appreciate the front desk and the assistant before Dr. Jordan as well!

My first visit with Colorado Eyecare Center was very pleasant. Dr Jordon was professional, patient, informative and thorough. The Assistant, Front Desk & Eye Glass Department Tech, I think her name was Heather, all were also professional, patient, understanding, kind & helpful. The office was clean and comfortable. I was a patient of Colorado Eye Center for 20+ years. The new business is just awful. I am currently over a month to obtain contact lenses. They won't send me my prescription. I went in for an appt and they were running an hour plus behind. I met another patient in the waiting room and when we started verbally comparing poor experiences they suddenly say I can go back for my appt., where they actually placed me on a chair in the hallway. I felt like I was in grade school time out. Poor customer service, poor service overall. I don't blame the front office staff, I blame the ownership and management. I just want my contacts (if I ever get them) and I will never return...

Crap service. I made an appointment 3 weeks ago for 2:40pm on January, 12th. I then received an email saying that I would need to make an appointment for a different time because that time was no longer available. I went to make another appointment and the time they told me wasn't available, was still available. So, I scheduled again. This time, no email, they just changed it to 3:00pm for the same day. I received several reminders for the appointment over the coming weeks and on the day of the appointment, I received a text message and an email reminding me yet again. When I arrived, they said they didn't have an appointment for me and gave me some silly reason about old systems and new systems and said they would reschedule me. I just left. They're very incompetent and unprofessional.

I went on a Saturday morning which was really convenient since I work during the week, and there was barely any wait time. All of the staff were so friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. My full exam was finished within an hour of the appointment time. Overall a very smooth experience, I would definitely go back!

Decided not to come back after about 4 years of annual visits and contact lense orders. The Doctors are great and are the reason I won't give them a lower score. It was impossible to get anyone on the phone and had multiple unfavorable experiences with the lady up front. Also I always arrive early and they are late to begin my exam.
