Everyone that I came across directly was incredibly enthusiastic and supportive. It was definitely a great experience! Especially for coming to a place that was new for me. I have always felt some anxiety with eye exams but the second I expressed discomfort, I was immediately reassured and I felt cared for. Very pleasant atmosphere overall.

First time to this office, i had some glasses adjusted, completed paperwork and saw the assistant who completed the initial information and then Dr Holtzman. Every single person i saw was very pleasant and helpful. Reception kindly explained what she needed, the person who helped me with my old glasses, did so quickly and considerately. The assistant was also careful and polite - also explaining what she needed. The doc took lots of time to help me with my issues and explained what he thought would be the best way going forward. Thank you for all of your kindness and professionalism today!

You walk in the front desk girls were just so sweet. Then the young girl that took me back was as sweet as sweet could be. We sat and talked. Just an amazing young girl. And then my Dr. And she is super amazing. Sad tho that she is leaving. But she did asure my there are other great dr there as well. I have been going here for ever..Thanks for a wonderful experience..

There is no current manager on site due to lack of services. They incorrectly billed my insurance many months later and now it's a huge issue. They have to submit an appeal and no one knows how to approach this process. It's very frustrating that they did not approach this in a timely manner or correctly. I only found out because I followed up to schedule my annual exam and I was declined a visit due to their mistakes. They're trying to send me to collections and it's frustrating because this could have been avoided if they only did their jobs efficiently & correctly. They tried to submit many months later past the threshold to claim my insurance. It's unfortunate because most of the staff including my Dr. (Dr. Daniels) are kind but, they dropped the ball pretty bad when it came to billing and insurance purposes. I'm now at Vista Eye Care in Thornton. They are amazing. Everyone should avoid this location and go to Vista as they are thorough and submit documents in a timely and correct manner.

This was my first time here. The staff was welcoming, and professional from the minute I arrived. Dr.Egan was professional, explained everything and took her time to make sure I understood everything. She made me feel at ease to ask questions. Overall, I highly recommend Dr.Egan and The Colorado Eye Center at Eastlake. I needed a new doctor after mine retired and I have no regrets coming here after being referred by my friend.

Very unprofessional experience. The office called and cancelled my 8:20am appt at 7:47am the same morning. I requested to see a different doctor, was told they could see me at 1:00pm at a different location. I then received another call shortly after stating the doctor would be at lunch the whole hour and there was nothing they could do. Ridiculous. I received multiple confirmation texts in the days leading up to the appt. and they would have charged me a fee if I cancelled at that point. I will never use their services again.

I am extremely impressed with the efficiency, professionalism, and friendliness of the staff at this office. The office is well-run, and Dr. Holtzman is patient and attentive. Instead of rushing, Dr. Holtzman takes the time to listen to my concerns and goes above and beyond to ensure that my vision is as clear as possible.

Everyone was very professional, yet friendly. They worked hard to connect with my 10 year old and make her less self-conscious about her glasses. I didn't feel like they were upselling me while making sure we had our needs addressed. This was our first appointment, but I'm going to make appointments for everyone in my family. I'm very satisfied with the service and care at this office.
