There aren't enough words to describe what a wonderful experience I had! As soon as I walked in, I immediately knew I was going to be taken care of by the team. I was greeted with smiles, everyone was so kind and made sure I felt like I was at home. Michael L. took his time to explain what would happen during my exam and ensured I was fully comfortable with the entire process before it even began. After my exam, he really took his time to make sure I was satisfied with my experience and broke down all of the billing for me. During my exam, Dr. Joel Riggs was truly amazing! He explained each step of the process as it was happening and took time to go into detail about what he was looking for in my retinal scans. I had some concerns about the health of my eyes and he was very patient with me - I've never felt more confident that I was receiving the best care possible. Thank you so much to the entire team - from the doctors performing the exams all the way to the liaisons at the front desk! Highly highly recommend getting an eye exam here if you're looking for a quick and stress free experience.

I had some metal in my eye and after calling several eye care locations this was the only provider that would help me remove it promptly. The staff treated me very well and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Stacy Hieb treated me. She was very knowledgeable and took care of me safely and quickly. I definitely recommend them. If I ever have any similar issues in the future I will definitely be coming back!

I really enjoyed my visit to one hour optical. The staff were really friendly especially the lab technician. I think his name was Mike. Everyone was super friendly treated me like an old friend. The appointment went smooth. The doctor was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Will definitely return! They are a great neighborhood eye doctor!

If I could not give it NO STARS I would. Mind you this would be our first time going with them. Booked an appointment with ally, where our Appointments are 2-3 weeks away. A week later from this call I have someone else call me to cancel my appointment because they don't take my insurance on the weekends??? I ask for ally and ask what the issue is and states they don't run "different insurance name that I don't have" on the weekends. She then "corrects" it for me to get a call from someone else on my appointment day an hour before, to tell me the times ally gave me don't exist on times the doctor sees someone ????? It's incompetent, unprofessional and rude the way ally acted for someone who has never attended their business. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Dr. Riggs is sincerely one of the best ophthalmologist I've ever met. I feel like for the first time I actually understand why I'm having some vision difficulties and got glasses that actually work. I highly recommend.

I just looked at the response to all of the reviews and it is exactly the same every time hahaha. That certainly doesn't have a personal touch to it! Regardless,I had a very good visit yesterday. The young woman with the black hair and the cool two-toned shoes, she was a little bit shy with the eye contact. I had a decent experience there yesterday and look forward to my new glasses. Maybe I can see better at the gym hahaha. Thanks.

My second time seeing Dr. Hieb & she was very helpful, personable & knowledgeable. The staff, especially the guy helping me with my insurance, was fantastic too. This was my second visit because of a stye. My first visit was an exam & getting new glasses after cataract surgery & everyone was very helpful then too. I love this office.
