The staff were kind and efficient. They were honest about suggestions and recommendations. I have been blind since I was a child so I have seen a lot of eye clinics and I enjoyed all the machines and tele appointment with the doctor. It really cuts down on anxiety to not have to wait a long time. Just a recommendation to help the staff, if the owner could hire a cleaning crew to come to spiffy up the bathrooms and sinks and mirrors a couple times a week. I know a lot of foot traffic comes in so it's hard, but I think it will really set a nice precedent with difficult customers.

The first time I went it was great. Now my glasses are broken so I went in to order another on December 22 2025 here it is February 3,2026 and I still haven't heard from them smh I sent my son to get glasses there also his appointment was in January 9,2026 and also haven't heard from them about his glasses I hope he doesn't have to wait as long as I have. I guess I will have to go and get glasses some where else.

The vision now staff were wonderful, they were attentive and professional. I was welcomed with warmth from everyone and left feeling taken care of. For it being a telehealth office I was amazed with how efficiently the doctor was able to take care of my needs. The staff were all nice and ensured I had the help I needed. The tech Devon who took me through the process explained every step and answered any question I had that she could. Quite a smooth process. All the way around a great experience!

Is high tech but, takes a month to get your glasses and wasn't given a receipt for the 395.00 dollars spent for one pair with their insurance and bifocals not, progressive. Also, the photo chromatic transition were not applied even though paid for. Had to wait for new lenses to be ordered instead of a refund to credit card. Had to go in from Raton three times to get a pair of glasses with no extra compensation. Will be way over a month to get corrected glasses. Lastly , after I finally got the receipt a month later - the numbers don't add up. I calculated 187.00 over payment and since they stated no refund or credit back to card for their mistake on the glasses, not sure how I will get my overpayment. Also, I have called and left messages to no response even though, the Google business profile says they are open. Disappointed.

My wife and i had a good experience with eye exam staff was pleasant but ordered a pair of glasses on December 2 today is January 13 still no glasses excuse is holiday's and still no date on arrival. Called them on January 23rd they said they would refund money but hold back 10 percent of 680.00 dollars for processing fee here it is January 28th and still no refund I'll give another update soon these people don't seem to care about their customers once they receive your money
