I am appalled by the attitude and unprofessionalism by the staff member I believe is named Denise. I came in to browse the glasses, tried asking a few questions which were answered in the rudest possible tone. I ended feeling uncomfortable and leaving, but not before I said thank you have a nice day, in which she just stared at me until I left. Not exactly friendly and welcoming.

I have been getting glasses here since 2006. Denise and Teresa are very kind and will go out of there way to help you and answer any of your concerns. The place is always clean and they are always well dressed. If they can't help you they will make sure to lead you in the right direction. Love these women!!!

I was called by one of the technicians saying I had a month left until my prescription ran out. I went to get more contacts before it expired and was told it had expired three days prior. I received the call about 5 days before going to the vision center. When I asked how much it would cost to get more, I was told the eye exam alone would cost $130 for contacts. Just a warning- If they say you have a month until your prescription expires, they mean a couple days! Very unprofessional.
