I would like to say that my entire experience has been very enjoyable to say the least. From the check-in, to meeting my wonderful doctor. And then having Natalie as my eyeglass representative. I think picking out glasses can be a bit overwhelming, but Natalie gave me some advice showed me some that she liked and we worked together. Very well. I truly cannot say enough about Natalie as she was so kind patient and funny. I absolutely love my new glasses

My wife was dehydrated and her contact lens stuck to her eye. When she removed it, it took off the top layer of cells - corneal abrasion. She had never had this before so we thought it was cut or had something in it. Dr. Haskell saw us right away, gave her an excellent exam and was extremely helpful in getting us an appointment with cornea surgeon Dr. Tian with Omni Eye Specialists. We are extremely grateful for Dr. Haskell's amazing service! We plan on seeing Dr. Haskell as our optometrist from now on and will make this America's Best our first stop for glasses and contacts.

Just moved here from another part of the country and the staff at this location was so helpful with the transition. Called my prior eye doctor and helped me order me new contact lenses. Didn't have to follow up. They took care of everything. Highly recommend. Friendly and professional.

Five stars to the staff! One star for the doctor. I was very impressed with the staff, especially Torie and Mariana. They were very helpful and informative. Torie did my testing and was pleasant and professional. She made me feel at ease. However, the doctor I interacted with was not so good. She was not helpful or friendly. Dr. Susan McCutcheon went through my vision exam so quickly, I am not even sure the prescription will be correct. She made me feel uncomfortable and uneasy. Joked about getting cataracts and undermined my mom's ophthalmologist, by disagreeing with her, stating "Everyone gets cataracts!" If you happen to get this doctor, I would refuse to see her. I will definitely give America's best another try but beware of Dr. McCutcheon.

I had an amazing experience here from the start! I was greeted warmly at the reception and then personally walked back to the waiting room by one of the employees. The technician, Torie, was great and patient with me because I am not so great at the air puffs! Dr. Haskell took the time to thoroughly explain and check my rx. I absolutely love the contacts prescription she gave me. When it came time to choose my glasses, Natalie, Mariana and Josselin all took their time to help me pick out frames. They were honest and patient with me which is exactly what I need. When it came time to check out, Josselin took the time and explained exactly what my options were. What an amazing experience!

Nice office! The front desk ladies are super nice and the exam was fast and efficient. Josselin helped us with the contact order and it was a great experience. Love the new crew. Allyson Haskell was our eye doctor and was also super great.

Juan was patient, helpful, and just a delight to work with. Choosing frames can be a process, but he made it easy and offered helpful suggestions along the way. Couldn't be happier!
