I have been a customer since 2017, had Lasik and have been going back every year for a basic eye exam to keep my warranty in place. Like I do every year, I scheduled an eye exam (no contact no eyeglasses needed just a basic eye exam) and was in and out in about 20 mins. When I received my bill, I was blown away (not in a good way) as I do have vision insurance to cover basic eye exams. I called my insurnace to see what happend and was informed that it was coded as specialist and not an eye exam so I am responsible for the balance. I contacted ICON and discussed it was a basic eye exam and if it can be coded as such. I explained I have been a customer since 2017 and have never been charged for more than a basic eye exam but that didn't matter, they said the doctors choose the coding. Low and behold, they are unwilling to assist me. That was a $211.96 eye exam (again no contacts no eyeglasses and no issues with my eyes). I definitely will not be going back here, nor will I recommend.

They won't see you on time. They won't call you back when you leave a message. They won't bill you appropriately. They won't give you their real names when you ask them (Angie). They won't provide you quality care. They WILL leave fake positive reviews for themselves. Visit at your own risk.

The doc was great. Provided great information and education about macular degeneration and glaucoma. I did not give a higher rating because the information about getting glasses and contact lenses was confusing. I was told during scheduling that they would do a prescription for contacts but when I arrived for my appointment, they said that they didn't think the doctor could do the conversion for contact lenses. Just some confusing information. And I am frustrated that now I have to go see another eye doctor to get my my contacts and a pair of glasses.

The office is very well equipped and knowledgeable, but I got the impression throughout the whole appointment that I was wasting their time because I didn't have an active eye problem. They seemed genuinely confused as to why I was there, even though I said multiple times I just wanted to establish care with a professional due to my family history, and get my prescription updated at the same time. Maybe stay away from here if you're "just so young and healthy."

I've been here twice for a Cataract evaluation, and was turned away both times! My records were all sent. Clearly in my chart, along with a letter clearing me for cataract surgery! I can't afford to pay $75 EACH visit, for 5 minutes of Dr. Sanderson's time! Just to be turned away, and told to book another appointment, every visit! Absurd and incredible disregard of patient care, and time! I was referred here by my retina Doctor. I've already shared my experience at this terrible clinic with him. If your seeking eyecare, with medical professionals, this is definitely NOT the place to go. From the rude and catatonic front desk, to indifferent "providers" out for
your wallet, this place should be shut down! The exam rooms look more like storage rooms, full of old equipment, covered in dust!
I would highly recommend anyone with eye issues to research, and go elsewhere! Icon is Inept, uncaring, & unprofessional. Go anywhere but here!

Purchased glasses from Parker office. They closed two months later. The glasses had every upgrade available. Cryzal. Anti glare, anti scratch and apparently a new option ... ANTI CALL YOU BACK when the lenses developed hairline cracks. After 1 month of "we ordered replacement lenses. Nothing . Avoid this place at all cost. You'd have a better chance getting call back from the newly elected Pope ! Not a happy customer.
