I made an appointment for my daughter and I and was able to get in right away!! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The Dr we saw (I forgot her name) was so kind and made me and my daughter feel so comfortable. She was extremely knowledgeable. I have never had a better experience at an eye dr. I've been visiting this location for years. After spending three decades searching for a reliable eye exam provider, I finally found Look Optical. Initially, I visited the lakeside location a few times before securing an appointment at the Guitar Center, located in the parking lot on 87th and Sheridan. This was the best eye exam I've ever received. From the greeter to the doctor and fitting specialist, I love this place. I wouldn't go anywhere else unless they closed or I was no longer alive. I've referred my children, my father, friends, and cousins here. It's a fantastic establishment with top-notch service, a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, and professionalism at every level.
